@SW_Help this morning on your service to Exeter a rude member of staff came on board with a family of 4 to insist to people already sat on a table that this family needed to be sat together, on a busy train. There were lots of 2 seaters. Why !

I would advise contacting our customer service team on 0345 6000 650, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00, Saturday 09:00 -18:00, Sunday 09:00 –16:00 or complete our enquiry form here: help.southwesternrailway.com/hc/en-gb/reque….
