@PaulByford1 There's no particular issue with Arterios regarding their toilets as far as I'm aware, it may be an unfortunate coincidence ^CO

@SW_Help Hi. I'm not a daily user of your services but I've noticed that every time I use an Arterio train, at least one of the toilets isn't working, such as the train I'm on now. Am I just unlucky, or is there a general issue with the WCs on Class 701s? Thanks

@SW_Help You’ve been doing engineering works on this line for several years. Why so many weekends concentrated in one month? Some of us have to get to work!

⚠️ From the weekend of 30 & 31 May and most weekends in June, lines will close in the New Malden area for engineering work. ⚠️ Main line services will be diverted, and buses will replace trains on some suburban routes. Please plan ahead 👇 southwesternrailway.com/plan-my-journey

@SW_Help this company offers probably the worst railservice I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Yesterday with my son, we went to London from Farnham. They advised an extended transport time of 90 minutes instead of 60 minutes. That would’ve worked for us seeing a show, but It took nearly 2 hours and there were no announcements on the train to announce the actual arrival time simply to say sorry we’re going slow! . on the return it was even worse a journey which normally takes 58 minutes took two hours and 15 minutes and again no advice of when the train was due to arrive and no attempt to keep the Farnham from Woking just a few minutes to link up with the delayed train from Waterloo. No one to complain to her as well . No point going through delay pay because it’s a long and painful process and it’s more about the effect. We had to leave ourconcert at the Royal festival hall at halftime because we knew we would have to face these long delays so we missed half of our concert. Who is going to compensate us for those tickets and for the additional stress? This company really needs to step up and sort out their shabby Service.!

@Spoise87 Thank you, I've identified the carriage and will flag it for maintenance. Unfortunately we won't be able to do anything about your current journey, it will need to be fixed in depot most likely. ^CO

@SW_Help I’m sorry that’s nonsense. For the first train the total transit time quoted on your website from Farnham to Waterloo was one hour 28 minutes.

@SW_Help @networkrail - you are a disgrace. My family have theatre tickets for tonight - train delayed yet again due to a "rail defect". Ironically, we're parked next to the HS2 construction - what a laugh thinking you muppets can deliver high speed rail. Incompetent morons.

@Spoise87 Hi, this sounds more like an issue with the aircon rather than it being turned on and off. Can you just advise where you are travelling to? ^RC

Hi, the service to Woking was not scheduled to arrive until 16:21 so who advised you would be at Waterloo at approx 16:30. It takes longer than 8 minutes to get to Waterloo from Woking. I can see your initial return service was 12 minutes delayed into Woking. I can see this will have led to you missing the 22:00 departure from Woking. You therefore qualify for delay repay on this return part of your journey. ^RC

Yes, train leaving Farnham yesterday at 1458 to Waterloo Was advised we would arrive at Waterloo at 16:30 approximately We arrived at 1655 This involved changing at Woking to the train coming from Weymouth. On the return our train left Waterloo at 2046 We didn’t get to Woking until 2200 just missing the train which was scheduled to leave to Farnham We then had to wait for the next train to Farnham, which I think was leaving at 2228. We didn’t get back to Farnham until 2300 so that whole journey took 2 1/4 hours We missed half of a concert which we had paid for because if we had stayed, we don’t believe we would’ve got home until 1 am at the earliest

@SW_Help The announcements that are happening simply say what the next station is. Which is only useful if you're getting off at that station.

@SW_Help on the 1455 to Waterloo from Southampton central. I think. There are no announcements saying where the train is going. The digital display on the train says nothing about the destination. The platform announcements before boarding weren't clear either. Is this normal?

@SW_Help hello, when it comes to having a valid fare for a rail replacement bus, how would it work if I'm making the journey on a bus entirely through Oyster zones? E.g., taking a train from Waterloo to Clapham, then bus to Surbiton? Thank you.

@SW_Help can we get some more benches installed at PORTSMOUTH & SOUTHSEA please? Such a busy central station, and the very long platforms 3 and 4 only have one bench each.
