@USPS Just been informed that two packages of media mail that I sent last week showed up torn apart with all contents missing and that USPS is somehow NOT responsible for any damages? I just had to resend $100 of merchandise and USPS not covering any damages? This is Bullshit.

@OrtegaGuitars I wrote to your Customer service and never heard back. I bought a Back Pack strap for hard case. It still has the tag on it - we can't get it to work because parts are sewn on backwards. I can provide pics and show you. Annoying to pay $60 for a defective unit.
