@amazon @amazonIN @AmazonHelp hi i bought AC for my house O general which delivered today. I got the delivery and i opened the box however remote was missing and slight damage on back side of outdoor unit. I contacted your company within 30 minutes of delivery however asked wait.

@AmazonHelp 置き配指定はしておらず、不在時は宅配ボックスがあるのでそこに入れるよう指定しています。宅配ボックスが満杯のときは持ち帰るようになっているのに、勝手に置き配されるんですか?置き配指定してないのに?

amazon、息子宅に送った荷物、なぜかオートロックなのにもかかわらず!息子不在なのにオートロックを超えて息子の部屋のドア前に起き配になってるのはどういうことやねん???? 5万もする高額商品なのに(現在息子は横浜の友人宅にいる)夕方置かれたようだけど、この時間もまだドア前にある

Nefasto servicio de entrega tiene @amazonmex que entregan los paquetes sin verificar la identidad del comprador y se lo dan a cualquiera. Así que si se equivocan en el domicilio, ya valiste porque ni entregan ni te reembolsan. No vuelvo a comprar con ustedes.
