I can only speak from experience I started with no money and an old rusty pick up truck with 100,000 miles in it. I bought the absolute minimum amount of tools I needed to perform the core four services. Lock outs jump starts fuel deliveries and tire changes. I was a sub contractor for the lowest paying roadside company in the world. I was relentlessly consistent, working 6-7 days a week 12-13 hours a day. Taking every call they sent me. (4,500 calls a year) I figured out how to get in out of each call as fast as humanly possible (6 minutes on average). I re invested into more tools, a more fuel efficient vehicle and finally started my own business copying exactly what I was doing for the other guys. Applying the same principles as before I built my business from zero to almost a half million dollars of revenue over the course of ten years. I never got a loan. My friends and family never gave me a dollar. I never took a food stamp I always paid for my health insurance (not Obamacare) I have had zero hand outs or government assistance. I am quite literally an island of self reliance. So in my opinion self made is by definition self made. Where would I draw the line. No idea. I don’t care what anyone else claims to be. But I wish them success. The Fastest Roadside Guy Alive.

A fatal shooting at Longhorn Steakhouse on Sunday night is now raising questions about the normalization of these kinds of public shootings in our area. wrtv.com/news/local-new…

No witness comments No footage from inside the building No facts about the why this happened No indication that it was self defense or psychotic maniac. All that can be inferred with the lack of reporting is. A guy started trouble made the shooter fear for his life and did not get to live to regret his decision

Hey all! I am back to work at FOX59 this morning. I am trying to get you the latest on the fatal shooting at LongHorn Steakhouse in Castleton last night. IMPD got the call of a shooting at 8:49 p.m. When they got there they found an adult male shot. He was rushed to the hospital but died. Police determined the shooting stemmed from a disturbance in the lobby of the steakhouse where one of the people pulled out a gun and fired shots. IMPD said the restaurant was busy at the time of the shooting and described the scene as very chaotic as customers heard gunshots. They were able to quickly calm everyone down and eventually took three people of interest in for questioning near the Jimmy John’s nearby. We have not gotten an update if any of those taken into custody were charged in connection to the shooting. We are still waiting for information on the victim as well. We will have LIVE updates all morning on FOX59. I will see you starting at 7AM.

@SearchForRyan I’m not qualified to comment here or do anything with Claude code. However, I will say i have built several projects using /gsd: it seems to work great and keeps everything on track.

okay why did nobody tell me about state.md for claude code? i've been stuck wondering why a project i build on daily was taking 8-10 mins to make changes turns out claude was reading EVERYTHING (all my code) before it made a change. i added state.md, architecture.md (alongside my claude.md) and bam, 8,000 tokens to ~1,000 tokens and from 8 mins to ~ 60 seconds. claude.md wasn't enough in this instance annnnd i'm so happy lol

my biggest pet peeve with the small business x community is when people talk about top line revenue but make it sound like it is profit: "I made $150k last year cleaning windows" No you didn't

5 AI Agents running our entire social media operation. These are the 5 Claude agents we use to replace a $12k/month content team. I used to spend hours briefing writers, waiting on revisions, and watching engagement tank because nobody actually understood the ICP. Which hooks were working. What topics the audience actually wanted. How to turn a post into pipeline. Now? 5 Claude agents handle everything - built in Claude Code, connected directly to Notion. The agents: 1. Lead Magnet Engineer Reads your ICP docs, brand guidelines, and tool stack directly from Notion - then builds complete playbooks and creates them in your Draft database automatically. Outputs: → Full lead magnet in Notion format - ready to publish, no editing needed → Tool recommendations pulled from your actual stack → Brand voice matched to your guidelines → Notion link delivered the moment it's done → 2. Social Media Expert Trained on your top 50 posts with real engagement data. Generates 3-5 LinkedIn post variations per topic, picks the strongest one, and explains exactly why it will outperform the others. Outputs: → Hook variations scored against your own engagement benchmarks → Post structure following proven 1-3 line paragraph format → CTA matched to goal - lead magnet, authority, or engagement → Gut-check: flags anything that sounds like ChatGPT wrote it 3. Creative Director Generates complete design briefs - not vague direction, but exact dimensions, text placement, color codes, and ready-to-use Midjourney prompts your designer or AI tool can execute immediately. Outputs: → LinkedIn preview briefs at 1200x627px with full copy hierarchy → Lead magnet covers and workflow diagrams → Before/after comparisons and tool stack visualizations → Designer-ready brief so there's no back and forth 4. Research Analyst Analyzes your LinkedIn post CSV and surfaces rising topics with momentum before they peak. Spots competitor gaps. Pulls ICP pain points directly from comment sections. Outputs: → Daily or weekly trend report with momentum status per topic → Specific tactical angles your competitors haven't covered yet → Content format recommendations with shelf life estimates → "4 posts in 48hr on AI agent pricing, 2.3x engagement, zero comparison frameworks published" - that level of specific 5. Performance Tracker Turns raw engagement data into actual decisions. Not "this post got 500 reactions" - but "contrarian hooks outperform your baseline, double AI content, kill generic LinkedIn advice." Outputs: → Top and underperformer breakdown with pattern analysis → Next 7-day content calendar with optimal posting rhythm → CTA response rates by type → Specific recommendations fed back to each agent for the next cycle If you run content, manage a team doing outbound, or post on LinkedIn to generate pipeline - this replaces your entire social media setup overnight. Comment "AGENTS" and I'll send you the full system - All 5 Claude project instructions, Notion integration steps, and copy-paste input formats so you can have it running today.

We've been quietly building an internal tool for the last 3 months. It shows us exactly what happens when a potential customer calls our client and hits their AI answering system. The #1 thing people say? "Human. Human. HUMAN." Most business owners have no idea how many leads they're losing before a real person ever picks up……

@elonmusk Big fan of X. Love the information and niche knowledge I can find here. That being said if I may make one recommendation give me a button to insta block all sock puppet accounts. I like to hear from credible sources, not regurgitated propaganda. It’s obvious who the sock puppets are. Help me out

I’m married to a Filipina there is always a bucket of rice here I very rarely eat it although I know I should. I just started eating waffles because I’ve never been in the habit of eating breakfast but @BowTiedHRT convinced me that I need to eat carbs in the morning so i went with waffles and orange juice Idk

There’s a reason bodybuilders eat so much rice that it’s almost a cliche: (white) rice is a fast digesting starch with minimal digestive burden and broad tolerability/minimal potential for inflammatory responses, unlike wheat based options like pasta or waffles.

@TheRoadsideguy Pasta works for a lot of people. Rice, potatoes, juice, fruit, rice cakes, cream of rice, riced rice, anything that digests well and doesn’t blow up too much of your calorie/macro allotments is good to go

You don’t get to complain about your genetics until you know your real potential and this is how: Give me 4 weeks: 1. At least 4 meals with whole food per day and fruits or vegetables with at least 3 of them. 2. 1g+/lb body weight in protein 3. 50-60g fat per day 4. Multiple carb dense meals before training (if possible) 5. At least one gallon of water, spread somewhat evenly through the day. 6. Consistent sleep and wake time that involves going to bed before 11 7. All lifts to or within 2 reps of failure (almost all to failure) 8. Big dose of electrolytes upon rising and before training 9. Train everything 2x per week 10. Cardio 3-4x per week 11. Targeted, meaningful stimulant use 12. Cruise dose of testosterone if you’re on anything. 13. 30 mins outside daily 14. Supps besides creatine (ya one size fits all we’re all human)—whey protein, pre-workout, taurine, NAC, curcumin, vitamin c, melatonin, glutamine (probably missing a couple id like but they’re just supplements) This is like 75 hard except all of it creates insane momentum and makes you feel amazing, rather than ticking stupid boxes to make it feel more like it’s working. You’ll know for a fact that this is working. I promise.
