@cyburke @DeanTTraining This isn't actually deadlifting if you're doing 135lbs for reps. You're just wasting time. Although the movement itself is debatable, doing it for 135 is not. Literally 0 anything

@DeanTTraining This has gotta be rage bait post. You can learn a lot about functional movement with simple well formed deadlifts. You don't have to be doing crazy weighs either. 135 lbs for reps. 👌

@kamikazecash @Plaid_ModelXCT I planned on deleting it as you never know what can pop up in the future and not a great idea to broadcast it here. I wasn't taking a shot (actually huge fan from the theta gang days), just letting the guy know in case he wants to hunt for it himself

I suffered a MASSIVE reduction in cash back this month because the best source of manufactured spend started adding fees, making cash back grinding impossible. If I don’t get my act together and find a new workflow, then May will be even worse. I may never financially recover from this.

Juke Harris got a bigger offer from UNC allegedly & Dusty May isn’t going to match that offer. Either come here to be a winner & a sure fire first round pick like Danny Wolf Aday Mara Morez Johnson Yaxel Lendeborg Trey McKenney (2027) in the last two seasons alone, or take a risk going to UNC with somebody who’s never coached in college before, for an extra mil(?)

Bought back 80% of my $NBIS covered call I took a 5 figure hit. Learned my lesson here but I don’t want to have to roll into next year as this thing doesn’t look like it’s slowly down. I could be wrong but not risking my shares as I see this being $500 by 2030 and it could happen sooner than I think

I don’t have a pretty graph, just a spreadsheet. But when your cash back pays for 807 shares of $SCHD, it’s hard not to get excited.

Michigan star Yaxel Lendeborg once gave up on basketball and played 12-14 hours of video games a day. After playing through injury in the biggest game in college basketball, he’s now a champion. Excellence is throwing yourself fully into things, making the most of your unique gifts, caring deeply and giving your all. Yaxel came from basketball stock—his parents both played for the Dominican national team. But he didn’t love the sport enough to try very hard early on. He failed to make his middle school team three years in a row and gave so-so effort in high school. “It was a struggle for me, especially for my mental health because I've never been the most confident kid. After graduating, I wasn't trying to play any sports or nothing. I was working a job at a warehouse." After getting cut from his high school team for poor grades, Yaxel said he used to play 12+ hours of video games a day. It took his mom convincing him to get him to try out for the basketball team at a community college for him to want to play again. Once he started to lock in, community college turned into playing for University of Alabama at Birmingham, then an offer to play for Dusty May at basketball powerhouse Michigan. All because he started caring, trying hard, and committing to his craft. “I feel like I'm doing it for the people who don't believe in themselves,” he said. “I want to be a role model for those people. Like, don't doubt yourself. At least give it a second effort before you give up." Despite a nagging knee injury sustatined during the tournament, Yaxel played all 20 minutes of the first half and a team-high 36 minutes of the championship game. He left it all out on the floor and showed up for his team when they needed him, even though he didn’t feel 100%. When you commit to a craft, you are learning how to: Show up. Be consistent. Overcome setbacks. Emotionally regulate. Push yourself. Stay patient. Succeed. Fail. (And keep going.) These are life skills. An attitude of nonchalance is a protective mechanism for insecurity. It’s true that you can make yourself safe by coasting, phoning it in, and never giving it your all. It’s also true that you can protect yourself from failure, hurt, and heartbreak. But then you never grow into who you really are—let alone express your full potential. This is a tragedy. Full stop. When we pursue excellence, we transcend our small selves—the parts of us that worry, doubt, and fear—and enter into something larger, a dance with the universe. We experience the opposite of existential loneliness: We feel whole and settled, at home in ourselves and at home in the world. Yaxel Lendeborg is a wonderful example of what happens when we work up the guts to care. He showed up. Stayed consistent. Overcame setbacks. And gave up nonchalance. It might not take us from the couch to the biggest stage in our sport, but there’s so much goodness available when we commit to caring deeply. Don't coast. Enter the arena.

@TylerPurcell24 IMO, it's only for those people who aren't used to grinding / non athletes. Been wearing it for a while and still do but I find it mostly useless. Everyone knows what it takes to be healthy and if it takes a band to tell you that, I guess more power to you

This blows my mind. I used Whoop for a while. Here’s what I found: - I wasn’t using the data to change anything I workout almost daily no matter how i feel. Bad sleep rating? I have 3 kids. I can’t just catch up on sleep and recovery. Who is truly finding this information invaluable and actually using it to improve their life?
Will Ahmed@willahmed

BREAKING: WHOOP RAISES $575M AT $10.1B VALUATION  I am pleased to announce that we’ve raised $575M at a $10.1B valuation to accelerate our mission of unlocking human performance and healthspan globally. This round was led by Collaborative Fund with participation from 2PointZero Group, Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), Mubadala Investment Company, Abbott, Mayo Clinic, Macquarie Capital, Glade Brook, B-Flexion, IVP, Foundry, Accomplice, Affinity Partners, Promus Ventures, and Bullhound Capital alongside a group of individual investors including Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James, Rory McIlroy, Virgil van Dijk, and Mathieu van der Poel. This investor group and this moment reflect a powerful evolution underway for Whoop and the broader healthcare market. Whoop was born in performance - trusted by the best athletes in the world to train, recover, and compete at the highest level. That foundation remains core to who we are. You see that in the iconic athlete investors joining this round.  But it also represents our push into broader health.  In the past 12 months, WHOOP has received medical clearances, launched blood testing, and created a platform that has saved lives. Abbott and Mayo Clinic - two of the most respected and influential institutions in global healthcare - are now investors in Whoop. These are organizations that have shaped modern medicine. Their decision to partner with us is a clear validation of where our technology is headed. Healthcare systems around the world are reactive. For too long, they have waited for people to get sick, then intervene. Chronic disease is rising and costs continue to climb. At Whoop, we believe the future looks fundamentally different. We are building the most powerful, personal, preventive health platform in the world - powered by continuous biometric data, advanced analytics, and AI to help people understand their bodies and improve their health in real time. I am grateful to our team, our members, and our partners for believing in this vision. I’ve been building this company for 14 years and I’ve never been more excited for the future.

Rand Paul and John Fetterman were on opposite sides of their respective parties. Everyone else voted with their party. Seeing that the current war is about 70-80% unpopular with the general public... Republican senators in purple states are being asked to sacrifice themselves to keep this war going. Polymarket is showing that the Republicans had a really good chance of holding the Senate but are now vulnerable to a flip. At some point, the self preservation drive of the president is likely to kick in and we're likely to see the end to this thing. A president facing a fully opposed Congress can generally protect existing executive branch actions and conduct foreign policy, but pushing new major domestic policy becomes very difficult. Governance shifts toward executive action, which is more limited in scope and more easily reversed by a future president.

Bullish trade idea. Sell 85 contracts $EOSE 5/15/26, $5 puts. Collect $5,000 in premium Buy 16 contracts $EOSE 1/21/28, $1 calls Cost $5,000. If $EOSE stays above $5 by April 15, the puts expire worthless, you keep your premium. Risk? If Eos is under $5 on 5/15/26, you'll buy them at $5 per share. Potential upside? $EOSE at $15 = Calls worth $9,000 - $16,000 $EOSE at $20 = Calls worth $17,000-$23,000 $EOSE at $30 = Calls worth $32,000-$37,000 What do you all think? @Alice_MiaX Nope. I've got over $3M in one position.....VTI. Long. I won't touch it for at least another 4 years. Pays me ~$40k in dividends plus another $300k in low delta call premiums. Plus growth. Simple to manage and oversee.

Weird, he forgot to mention the real reason he was able to get so “jacked and fit”: Growth Hormone and Tirzepatide. I honestly have no problem with people taking stuff if they want to, but don’t claim “the system is simpler than you think” and then link to your paid course without mentioning you had a significant amount of pharmaceutical help.
