@Times_CS I’d really like to access the concise crossword from Friday 30th edition. Deleting and reinstalling the app makes no difference. I pay £30 a month for this glitchy app!

@Times_CS is there a problem with the comments function? On the app when you select comments it’s just a blank page.

@Times_CS why is the Times Classic app not loading photos. The issue was resolved last week but we are now back to square one again. Please resolve this problem. Subscription to half the content!

@Times_CS The Times App is not working since a few days in my phone. It says: “Unable to download edition. Please check your network connection and retry to continue”. But my wifi network is working perfect. I have eliminated the App and download it again, but the problem continu

@Times_CS Was there an issue getting copies of today’s Sunday Times to Reading or was it a local distribution issue. No copies delivered to four different outlets locally. This recently happened with The Times, what is the process for a subscriber to get a credit?
