Update on my $100K funded payout — this is why my bank took extra time to credit the amount 👇 After the funds reached India, my bank informed me that a foreign inward remittance of $3219.20 was received but kept on hold for compliance. They requested the following documents to release the payment: • FEMA declaration form (provided by the bank) • KYC verification: Aadhaar card + PAN card xerox with signature • Invoice for the payout received • Prop firm contract / agreement as proof of source of funds Until these documents were submitted, the amount stayed in processing and could even be returned to the remitting bank if not completed within the given timeframe. This is a normal compliance step for international payouts received by Indian prop traders.
