Yes, but she's dividing each direction in the relationship into two separate objects. A dude would just see it as one edge that is bidirectional, yes, hence the contradiction. "A younger woman can't date an older man without an older man also dating a younger woman in the same instant." She sees it as two separate and distinct phenomena: a younger woman dating an older man, and an older man dating a younger woman, hence there is no contradiction. In her mind, her attraction to older men is noble and the older men's attraction to her is perverse, because they're not the same bidirectional relationship in the chart, but two separate unidirectional ones.
