The U.S. has bombed Iran’s largest aluminum plant. This is a humanitarian disaster. Some of the world’s most toxic fumes are from burnt aluminum. Why is Trump obsessed with harming civilians?

Trump was elected to go to war against America’s deep state and to end America’s involvement in foreign wars. Not to kill an entire civilization while waging a foreign war on behalf of Israel, another foreign country.

25TH AMENDMENT!!! Not a single bomb has dropped on America. We cannot kill an entire civilization. This is evil and madness.

TO ALL EX-MAGA This is an open letter and a loud signal to our government: President Donald J. Trump must be removed from office through impeachment or the 25th Amendment. I take no pleasure in writing this. As someone who voted for this man three times and helped put him in the Oval Office, I feel a moral obligation greater than most to say it clearly. To My Representatives and All Elected Representatives in Congress: @RoKhanna @SenAlexPadilla @SenAdamSchiff CC: Congressional Leadership @SpeakerJohnson @LeaderJohnThune CC: Department of State and Department of War @StateDept @SecRubio @DeptofWar @SecWar CC: Important Interested Influences @TuckerCarlson @BretWeinstein @RealCandiceO I am a native Californian and was a registered Republican for most of my active political life. This is bigger than party. This is bigger than any of us. The case could not be clearer, and time is of the essence. President Trump and his administration have illegally initiated war with Iran without a congressional declaration of war, without a defined immediate threat, without coherent strategic objectives, without a war resolution, and without proper understanding of the consequences. This is unconstitutional. We are past the 30-day notification requirement of the War Powers Resolution. No authorization for the use of military force has been passed. Congress has been bypassed. Worse than the constitutional violations are the actions themselves. The president publicly announced "Power Plant Day and Bridge Day" on Truth Social, openly targeting civilian infrastructure for a nation of 93 million people. When asked by the Wall Street Journal if he was concerned about civilian impact, he said he was not. His Defense Secretary has threatened to bomb Iran "back to the Stone Age." Over 100 international law experts have signed a letter calling this war a clear violation of the UN Charter and warning of potential war crimes. Innocent civilians and the infrastructure that supports the Iranian people are being attacked and killed in real time. This must be stopped. Over this Easter weekend, I watched the man who promised no more endless wars openly discuss plans to destroy the infrastructure that keeps 93 million human beings alive. I am done. By my past support I cooperated with a path I hoped to avoid. Let this letter serve as my penance. I am under no illusion that this Congress will act. But the demand must be made on the record so that history knows it was made. To the men and women of the Department of War, the Department of State, and our Armed Forces: You have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. We call on you to uphold that oath and refuse any unlawful orders that would violate the Constitution or the laws of war. A 1,000% surge in conscientious objector applications tells you that many of your brothers and sisters in uniform already see what you see. To my representatives and all members of Congress: If you feel the same alarm that I do — if you see the clear constitutional violations and the grave dangers ahead — I plead with you to act. Support impeachment proceedings or invocation of the 25th Amendment without delay. Your oath is to the Constitution, not to any one man or party. History will judge whether you rose to this moment. To every ex-MAGA voter who sees the same dangers: Reply to this post. Tag your own representatives. You do not need to write a long statement. A simple "I voted for him and I want him removed" is enough. Share your grievances if you wish, but keep it on point. Do not get distracted by the attacks that will surely come. They are irrelevant. Let this become a signal so loud that no representative can pretend they did not hear it. We owe it to the country we love, and to the people our country is killing in our name, to correct course before it is too late. — Cian O'Brien Former Republican, now unaffiliated SF Bay Area, California Our Proposed Solution to Save the Republic: x.com/CianMPO/status…
