I love to see parents work on skill building with their kids
I grew up having to read in-front of my family and having to do public speaking exercises and I believe that helped me in many ways

I saw a post from a dad that said he does a "family presentation night" once a month. Each kid picks a topic. Practices it. Presents it. His 8-year-old presented on dinosaurs. Eye contact. Q&A. The whole thing. My first reaction was that's extra. My second reaction was that kid is going to eat in job interviews.
