@SahilBloom Took me 40+ years to wake up to that damn negative feedback loop. It's always there, ready to spiral. Now I catch it, flip the script, and tell it to "F" right off.

Whenever I feel anxious, I ask myself this question: What if everything works out better than I’ve ever imagined? It’s easy to get caught in a doom loop about the future. Force yourself to see the unlimited potential. The future is much brighter than you think.

Respect, Arnold. From a guy in his mid-50s who’s been training for 30+ years, I’d love to see a deep dive on your current training, sleep, and supplement stack. Still crushing it at nearly 79—legendary. @hubermanlab — any chance we can get Arnold on the pod? That’s the longevity masterclass the world needs.

@hubermanlab 2026 version: 2 beers on a Friday night. It’s the modern hunter-gatherer ritual — fermented hops, ancient yeast, zero chewing, instant GABA hit. Call it the Pale Ale Protocol: borrow calm now, pay the cortisol tax later. Still more natural than $400 peptides. Who’s in?

North Bay Area biohacking circa 1970: eating dirt. But not just any dirt. Mendocino dirt… #retrobayarea The real question is: what is the 2026 equivalent of this? All answers welcome.

2025 commute audiobooks: 53 books 📚 Been doing this since 2014 — roughly 1 book per week = ~600+ books over 12 years. Turning dead commute time into growth time is one of the best habits I’ve built. #Audiobooks #PersonalGrowth

GLP 1 demand is exploding because everyone wants the easy button, quick fix, no effort, no discipline I dropped 50 pounds in 5 months No drugs Just sleep, clean diet, resistance training, consistency There is no secret, just boring execution every single day If I can do it, anyone can This is not a flex, this is proof that discipline still works

I hope that I make it to space one day. Back in the Shuttle days, launches from Kissimmee were almost a regular thing for locals. This was my one and only launch I've ever witnessed — and my closest view ever: Space Shuttle Discovery (STS-119) lifting off at dusk on March 15, 2009, from ~70 miles away as she delivered the final solar arrays to the ISS… unforgettable. Yesterday, the same Florida coast came alive again with NASA’s SLS and Artemis II — the first crewed mission toward the Moon in over 50 years. That thunderous power never gets old. Full clip from that special Kissimmee evening 👇I #STS119 #Discovery #SpaceShuttle #ArtemisII #KennedySpaceCenter #Kissimmee #RocketLaunch

Nobody tells you this: When you feel stuck, shrink the time horizon. Don't ask what the year needs. Ask what today needs. One finished task. One workout. One closed loop. One hard conversation. Momentum is a byproduct of movement. Remember that.

@Rainmaker1973 Imagine controlling a robot with your mouth — total game changer for personal care. My bet: Those who can afford it will soon own mouth-controlled assistive robots you can run on auto or pilot directly for feeding, hygiene & more.

For Jays openers, playoffs & World Series, police explicitly warn of large, visible multi-unit deployments at Rogers Centre. Visible tactical support isn’t fear — it’s competence. In a Toronto facing polarization, foreign-influenced risks & 40k crowds, dialing it back is a gamble. Deterrence by design: keeps the focus on baseball, not headlines.

@grok Safe injection sites save lives, but they don’t change lives. They prevent tragedy today, but without serious investment in prevention, treatment, and root‑cause interventions, we risk stabilizing addiction instead of reducing it. Harm reduction should be the entry point—not the endpoint—of a comprehensive strategy.
