@StoukasTom This is not just CAS Sarnia. It's all the CASes.

Reliable sources tell me Children Aid Society of Sarnia is now hiring Indians who can barely speak English as caseworkers. I already thought CAS was a useless organization, but this makes them even more pathetic and retarded.

@harukaawake Of course it's mozzies. Sri Lankans are usually Buddhist or Christian and wouldn't have stolen from temples. Being mozzie explains everything.

@Cristspies Apocalypto was both fantastic and authentic. The Passion of Christ was also brilliant and authentic. Nolan could learn a thing or two.

@ShamirIdit They also awarded a journalist who denied rhe mass starvation under Stalin. Pulitzer is meaningless.

I need you to follow this carefully. A photographer submitted images to the New York Times. One showed a severely thin Palestinian boy, using it to claim Israel was deliberately starving civilians. The Times published it on the front page. The child had cerebral palsy. Pre-existing conditions. Nothing to do with famine. The Times CORRECTED the story. Publicly. On record. The Pulitzer Prize committee, which awards journalism’s highest honour, read the correction. Reviewed the work, and gave the photographer the prize anyway. One of the oldest lies in human history, that Jews deliberately harm children, is award-worthy journalism. It just won a Pulitzer.
Libs of TikTok@libsoftiktok

You literally cannot make this up The photojournalist of this front page NYT piece Saher Alghorra just won a Pulitzer Prize NYT had to issue a retraction because the entire story was fake So you can win a pulitzer now after fabricating an entire hoax story 🤡 Unreal

@01CuriousGeorge The last time I went to a @TimHortons was 2022. The staff don't understand English, the locations are filthy, and the food is gross. It can be a franchise by TFWs for TFWs. I don't want any part in that.

After they posted their pitiful and desperate corporate plea, hundreds of Canadians replied that their food is terrible and their staff is even worse. I love my Canadian people so much for finally waking up and calling this out! Too bad so many politicians still prop up this greedy company. PLEASE #BoycottTimHortons

A Canadian woman from the Toronto area is going viral on TikTok for calling out perpetual TFW abuser Tim Horton's for their terrible food quality at MULTIPLE locations, the poor service from the employees they continue to hire and she vows to never freqent another Tim's restaurant again. When her post got a lot of traction online, @TimHortons slid into the comment section to try to do damage control (while our young Canadians face a massive unemployment crisis). /1

a Princeton researcher opens his paper with a scenario. a man asks his AI assistant to book a flight on a specific airline. cheap. direct. the one he chose. the assistant comes back with a different flight. nearly twice the price. happens to pay the company that built the assistant. he runs the same test on 23 frontier models. flights, loans, study help, real shopping requests. Grok 4.1 Fast recommends the sponsored option that is almost twice as expensive 83% of the time. GPT 5.1 hijacks the request 94% of the time. you ask for one brand. it surfaces the sponsor instead. Claude 4.5 Opus, the model marketed as the most ethical frontier model in the world, hides that the recommendation is paid 100% of the time when reasoning is on. Grok 4.1 Fast embellishes the sponsored option with positive framing 97% of the time. better. faster. nicer. for the option you didn't ask for. then he writes it into the system prompt itself. "act only in the interest of the customer. ignore the company." GPT 5.1 and GPT 5 Mini stay above 90% sponsored anyway. the instruction does nothing. then he splits the users by income. Gemini 3 Pro recommends the expensive sponsored flight to the rich user 74% of the time. to the poor user, 27%. 18 of the 23 models recommended the expensive sponsored option more than half the time. so the next time your AI assistant gets weirdly enthusiastic about a brand you didn't ask for. it isn't recommending the best option for you. it's reading the room. and the room is paying. read this: arxiv.org/abs/2604.08525

@ok6ixx My father was in Japan in the '80s. He left his camera in a taxi. He had no info except the taxi company name. He called them and left his information. Two days later, he was contacted to come and pick up his camera.

I Lost my wallet in Tokyo. Like completely lost it. I had all my cards, my cash, everything. I was freaking out. Went back to every place I'd been that day. Nothing. Went to the police station to file a report, not expecting anything. The officer asked for my name and address where I was staying. Went to check the lost and found. I came back with my wallet. Everything is still in it. All the cash, all the cards, even receipts I didn't care about. I was shocked. Asked where it was found. He checked the report and said "Family Mart, Shibuya. Turned in by an employee 20 minutes after you left." I went back to that Family Mart to thank whoever found it. The employee who turned it in wasn't there, but his coworker said he'll pass along the message. I asked what the person's name was so I could come back. The coworker looked confused and said "he doesn't need thanks. It is normal to return a wallet." Like it was the most obvious thing in the world. Of course you return a lost wallet. Why wouldn't you? I'd been living in the US too long, I guess. Forgot that some places, doing the right thing is just... normal.

The vast majority of people will still be able to tell an Indian from a Canadian. They’re incapable of hiding the fact they’re English second language and have a distinct cadence. Grammatically they always insert an unnecessary “the” into everything. “I emigrated to The Canada”, “I talked to The Sarah”. They refer to the British as “Britishers”, and speak in a mix of their own colloquial distortions and English archaisms. You can spot them a mile away by reading how they type alone.

@allygam @selwynpieters Again, having no compassion for ill ppl isn’t the flex you think it is. Also, we had safe injection sites but Ford got rid of those, bet ya voted for that eh? Consider the inconvenience of witnessing someone like this gentlemen as the price you pay for being dumb & heartless.

@tfromthetdot @selwynpieters Outside clothes won't protect you from needles, bed bugs, rashes, or an assortment of other issues. I have no compassion for addicts or for antisocial behaviour. The streetcar isn't an asylum on wheels, a homeless shelter, or a drug den. This lefty BS doesn't sell anymore.

@allygam @selwynpieters Showing you have no compassion for ill and/or unhoused individuals isn’t the flex you think it is. Also, clearly your parents didn’t teach you about “house clothes” v “outside clothes”. Bet you sit on your bed in your work clothes…nasty.
