@MrAndyNgo Genocide does not need to mean mass murder. When American Indians were put in special schools, given "Christian" names and forbidden to speak their languages that was genocide too.

Most killers of trans people are black men and the homicide rates of trans is lower than for non-trans people. But if you listened to or read liberal & leftist media, they claim a genocide is happening. Trans extremists hearing this then take up arms and kill people. I’ve been reporting for a long time about a trans cult and others that did this. ngocomment.com/p/elusive-tran…

That narrative has been pushed for over a decade by the Human Rights Campaign (@HRC) in their annual "Epidemic of Violence" reports, and has been referenced by presidents, medical organizations, journalists, activists, and even used to justify legislation and government programs. But when we independently verified all 304 transgender homicide cases in HRC’s own comprehensive victim lists from 2015–2024, their narrative completely collapsed. What we found: - And among identified suspects, most perpetrators were black, not white. - Transgender homicide rates are below the general population rate. - Only 3.3% of cases resulted in confirmed hate-crime determinations. - The leading identified circumstance was intimate partner violence, not anti-trans bias. In 2020, when the “white-supremacy-fueled epidemic of violence” narrative was being pushed especially hard, there were ZERO identified white suspects. We also show how the HRC manufactures their false narrative. In a 2021 report, HRC pointed to the deaths “four Black transgender women” that HRC cited in a report titled “Black LGBTQ People and Compounding Discrimination” as proof that “white supremacy” was driving an “epidemic of violence.” But the actual facts did not match their narrative. One case remained unsolved, with no public evidence of anti-trans bias or anything tied to white supremacy. In the other three cases, every identified suspect was a black man. By the time HRC published its report, arrests had already been made and these basic facts were public. In other words, HRC took four cases and spun them into evidence for a political narrative that the known facts did not support. The truth matters, not just for its own sake, but because false narratives will inevitably produce ineffective solutions. If the deaths of transgender people are the result of a hate-crime epidemic driven by white supremacy and transphobia, then a reasonable response might be more anti-bias campaigns. But if the main problem is intimate partner violence, then the most-effective interventions would likely include domestic-violence services tailored to trans-identified victims, emergency housing for people trying to flee abusive relationships, and other violence reduction efforts in the places where these killings occur. Federal government and state governments have already spent hundreds of millions of dollars implementing ineffective policies based on the HRC's lies. Now that the facts are finally public, ignorance is no longer an excuse. The HRC has a choice: keep repeating a false story that serves progressive ideology, or finally face facts and respond to the problem as it actually exists. Watching Into the Manosphere, it’s easy to see it as collection of individuals sharing hateful views. But that framing is exactly what the people interviewed want. When we see them as isolated trolls, we miss the bigger picture. The influencers targeting women’s autonomy are not alone. There is coordinated movement investing in rolling back women’s rights. Amnesty research uncovered 65+ UK anti-rights groups, 32 of which spent £106 million between 2019-2023. This is a well-funded attack. The Alliance Defending Freedom used the US courts to dismantle Roe v. Wade. Emboldened by their wins in the US, they are now importing those strategies to roll back freedoms in the UK. The Alliance Defending Freedom increased its spending in the UK by 187% between 2019 and 2023, for a total of £3.9 million. They have their sight on women’s rights. The profit-seeking manosphere gets rich from young men’s disenfranchisement. They blame women and feminism for the issues young men face. Meanwhile, the anti-rights movement invests millions of pounds to make changes through policy. Their goal is to rewrite who deserves dignity and freedom. Watching Louis Theroux's Into the Manosphere, it’s easy to see it as collection of individuals sharing hateful views. This is not just hate. It is an industry. But we know even the most organised money can’t win against organised people. The fightback is now.

In South Africa I went on a hike in Cape Town to a beautiful lookout, Signal Hill. At the top there was a wine tasting. I then walked down a trail that goes by a military base, to a rich suburb. I was very seriously warned by a local, wealthy, brown-skinned man that multiple hikers had been murdered for their wallets and that I should take a taxi home. Sure enough, when I passed by the military base some black men who clearly didn't belong there were watching me from rooftops. So I got out of there as quickly as possible. At the bottom I continued to walk to my quite nice hotel... and got followed for multiple blocks by a physically aggressive black panhandler who wouldn't take no for an answer. Following that I went on another hike, up Table Mountain under the gondola. Again, it's a highly developed tourist destination. And again, multiple locals warned me that I really shouldn't go alone because there was a good chance I'd be mugged, or worse. Hell, there's official signs up warning hikers to hike in groups of at least three (four if they're women). Following that I visited Johannesburg. Or at least, I would have. Except a South African friend of mine who lives near there said I really shouldn't go to the downtown area by myself least I get murdered. So I skipped that and did more hiking. Again with warnings that travelling solo was a bad idea. ...and don't get me started about how that trip, I saw more rolling power outages in peacetime South Africa then I did at my next destination, wartime Kyiv, while Russia was actively trying to destroy the electricity grid. When I was recently in Kramatorsk, Eastern Ukraine, I had half a day off. So I asked a soldier friend of mine where I could safely walk. He said I could go anywhere safely: military checkpoints would keep me from going too far east. Russians might kill you (just the other day a 13 year old boy was killed by a Russian attack on a market). But even after over a decade of war and poverty the locals won't. And yes, even in Kramatorsk you see young teen girls, by themselves, walking around at night. You do _not_ see that in Cape Town. The problem with Africa isn't just "underdeveloped parts". The problem is the stupid, violent, black population who make even the developed parts shit.

@peterktodd @Kokulukiyam It's a gated community. Doesn't mean it's unsafe, it's just how people with money live. Every country has areas where people live in gated communities.

From the Editorial Board: Chicago doesn’t need to return to the 1990s. But it does need to restore something that videos from then captured clearly — a transit system and a downtown where people felt safe showing up. chicagotribune.com/2026/04/03/cta…

Illinois is watching its public universities and community colleges literally crumble across the state, while it hoards millions in taxpayer cash. NIU still hasn’t received $34M it was promised back in 2020. A $40M private donation for a new health technology center has been trapped in red tape for two years. $10.8B in deferred maintenance backlog statewide, and counting. Buildings rotting, costs exploding, and zero accountability. Illinois government: never missing an opportunity to waste your money.
