"$MSTR trades below its Bitcoin." Cool. Do the math. Buy the whole company: $37.3B. Sell BTC to clear the debt and preferreds: ~$22B. What's left: ~$31B in raw Bitcoin. You just paid $37B for $31B of net BTC. That's a 20% premium. Gross mNAV says "discount." The equity's claim says "premium." The leverage sits right in front of you, but most can't see it. Issuing stock here to buy Bitcoin isn't dilutive. It's accretive. That's the entire machine. The panicans can't read a balance sheet. When Bitcoin doubles, none of this noise matters. You either understand the thesis or you don't. Everything else is just execution.

🔥FILTHY DEGENERATE MSTR MATH🔥 Disclaimer: this is not financial advice. This is financial entertainment. This MSTR setup is absolutely disgusting. Not because of mNAV expansion. Assume ZERO mNAV movement. Assume ZERO Bitcoin purchased for 2.5 YEARS. Just Bitcoin going back to its long-term trend. Yes, this is an IF. Unfortunately, we don't have a crystal ball. BTC in the model: $62,042 → $365,000 That is +488%. Beautiful. Violent. Normal Bitcoin behavior. But MSTR? At the exact same 1.17x CEBE mNAV, implied MSTR goes to roughly $898/share. From today’s $98 stock price, that is about +815%. So common stock outperforms Bitcoin by roughly 327%. Why? Because MSTR is not just “Bitcoin per share.” It is residual common equity exposure to a Bitcoin stack after fixed dollar claims. As Bitcoin rises, the senior claims get vaporized in BTC terms. In the model: Senior claims fall from ~335,096 BTC to ~56,959 BTC. Common equity BTC exposure rises from ~512,267 BTC to ~790,404 BTC. CEBE sats/share goes from ~142,733 sats to ~210,218 sats. Again: ZERO mNAV expansion. ZERO Bitcoin purchased. Just Bitcoin rising and the capital structure doing what capital structures do. Now look at the Dec. 2028 $275 calls at $28.75. Breakeven: $303.75 If MSTR is $897.73 at expiration: Intrinsic value = $622.73 One contract: $2,875 → $62,273 That is a 21.7x gross payout. Profit return: +2,066%. Bitcoin in the same model: +488%. So the call does roughly 4.2x Bitcoin’s profit return. Bitcoin is the pristine asset. This is not psychologically doable by most people. But the math is the math!
