I guess the only chance we still have at remaining a Democracy (in the electoral system way, not the abstract way) would be for Dems to win a trifecta in 2028 and pass a gerrymandering ban while packing the court.

I've shown that part to you. This bill just clarified it yet again so it's written in black and white for them.

It is pretty clueless to reference Harris's '20 run after she was at the top of the ticket and narrowly lost in the midst of a terrible economic numbers. Who does Shapiro appeal to that Buttigieg - who is LEADING in NH does not? Of the candidates who spoke to the NH delegation in '24 in Chicago I would say Shapiro was the least impressive.

I don’t know how to explain this. I understand making the best of Harris last time around because it was a desperate situation. But she was so unpopular in her 2020 run that she didn’t even last until Iowa. And now for some reason, it’s “She’s our gal!”
Shapiro is the only acceptable option here and I don’t think he has a chance.

NEW: The Pennsylvania House passed a key reform from my Housing Action Plan that affirms a tenant’s right to terminate a lease due to domestic violence or violent crime — and they did it with bipartisan support.
No Pennsylvanian should have to go home to their abuser because they can’t afford to break their lease. The House is doing their part to make that a reality for survivors.

@chuck_wolfe @realBowfree @DemzDeliver Go read their substack. They know exactly what they are doing. And yes, since they are not selling/renting actual homes or land, instead they're using the guise under a private organization to establish a white only community. That's the loophole.
