Today I$rael tried to kill me in a targeted airstrike in southern Lebanon as I was reporting on was the targeting of bridges and the forced displacement of 1 million people, an ethnic cleansing operation on a larger scale than the Nakba I have absolutely no doubt that this was deliberate. Despite claims there were no warnings ahead of the strike and no notifications sent to the Lebanese Army who allowed us to film As we have seen in Gaza they want to silence journalists who document and report their war crimes It is the western powers who provide political and military support for I$rael, arming it to the teeth to carry out genocide in Gaza and ethnic cleansing here in Lebanon. They are not simply complicit, but active participants and should be held accountable for their actions. But if I$rael thinks today’s strike will silence us and keep us out of the field they are very, very mistaken

Talking about human design was the first time we met outside the Omni hotel, we got to sort of connect one-on-one (though maybe we crossed paths a couple of times before, pretty sure my best friend is your distant relative 🤣), and getting to meet you in person like that was truly amazing. You’re incredible, and so is your lovely wife and all your friends I met that day and over that weekend. Thank you so much for showing up, going above and beyond, and doing it all from a place of genuine care—not solely for the “paycheck” (you’ve even made it easier for me to chase/ attract “abundance”). You bend reality and bring your passion with you. That is a moment I’ll never forget. Bless you 🫂

It’s beyond obvious Israel conned Trump into participating in this Iran WAR. Trump was big headed after Venezuela and thought we could win fast. Now it’s a cluster fuck. Trump wants out but can’t find an off ramp. Israel is just getting started. Now the rift is forming. Trump is maintaining his bravado while throwing Israel under the bus. NO ONE knows what happens next.

Random thing that improved my life: I got this ring light that I put next to my desk to shine bright light in my eyes early in the morning. I wake up at 430am and definitely saw an improvement in morning alertness and sleep quality. Also felt like it helped avoid winter lows.
