Has anyone else had difficulties ordering with @UrbanOutfitters … Placed my order, said it was delivered. Proof of delivery was the parcel on the floor outdoors, I reported it missing immediately, they have said they will not help or refund #lol parcel not received, £80 charge.

@Airbnb requested a booking and it was denied but £430 was taken from my bank account on 23 December. Still waiting for the money to be returned and the bank says as the merchant you need to decline the transaction. Please can you do so? Not sure why the money was taken.
