To the extent that the FAIR team allowed proposals 26 days after their raise, I think they would've been better off allowing proposals immediately.

Gemini 3.1 Pro comes in two versions. The normal version did very poorly.
The version that is "better at prioritizing your custom tools" did better, but still worse than Gemini 3 Pro.
