6 days in. 99 followers. here's everything that's actually worked so far: - I reply to the people replying to accounts I admire — not the accounts themselves - I picked ~20 of them by hand. people I'd actually want to talk to - I show up for them daily. like, reply, follow - my one post a day is just whatever I figured out that morning - the post that blew up was the one where I stopped strategizing and told the truth - turns out it feels less like growth and more like making friends that's it. that's the whole thing.

i’m 33 today i’m usually way better at noticing what’s missing than what i’ve actually done but looking back - i taught myself engineering after a master’s in psychology - built a career doing work i actually enjoy - bought a house - built a family - got through depression and anxiety - published my first apps and somehow i still catch myself thinking i’m behind it’s very easy to measure your life only by the goals you haven’t reached yet but today i’m trying to appreciate the path a bit more here’s to 33

5 million impressions. That's the wall most X accounts are grinding against right now. For some it takes weeks. For others, months. And if you're under 5K followers, it's brutal. You already know that. I'm not even there yet. But I know what actually moves the needle: viral replies. One that lands can do a million views on its own (like my best reply, see image). That's weeks of posting into the void, compressed into an afternoon. Can you go viral on command? No. Nobody can. But there are a few things that tilt the odds. I'll get into those soon.
