My wife was 22 and I was 23 when we married. We eventually had 8 children. Our 20s were marked by Boomer generation “advisors” at the grocery store, events, restaurants, and stores WARNING us not to have more children. They openly pitied us for having 3+ children. Boomer women thought my wife was being oppressed by her husband. At an Outback, a man openly told me “I feel sorry for you for having those kids.” Many Boomers were brainwashed to perceive having children “as a bad thing.” Worst of all, they felt empowered to insult a young couple in the presence of our children. Meanwhile, these people were in favor of importing the entire Third World into America for the sake of GDP. What a strange moment in American history.

@GlassFeather12 @not_not_rivkah Bro I'm telling you. We have people who drive 2-3 hours every week to come to our TLM. The TLM and the NO are just not even comparable. A sunday High Mass is a completely different ball park. Make the drive one Sunday and go see.

@not_not_rivkah 1st TLM was Low, confusing. I was HOOKED after 1st High. Took a good month to get my bearings. Got a missal, followed for a good while to get structure down, and you'll see where the Novus Ordo picked up things from the TLM w time. 8 months exclusively TLM, can't go back now lol.

As a guy with 'tism who has admittedly struggled with relationships, I realize that being direct and openly communicating with the opposite sex is so nice. Even if things don't work out, a mutual understanding and respect says a lot. It seems rare now but it's so attractive.

Tô aqui pra registrar a dívida histórica que os Ecclesia Dei devem pagar e raramente pagam: sem Lefebvre, vocês não rezariam um Confiteor em latim hoje. Estariam concelebrando Novus Ordo guitarra-mesa-karaokê como o resto. Devoção histórica básica: agradeçam ao homem antes de canonizar a si mesmos contra ele.
