Last night, Vancouver Canucks prospect Braeden Cootes had a goal and an assist as @PARaidersHockey beat @WHLsilvertips 4-2 to take game 1 in the WHL final.

Lawrence is one of the youngest in the draft class, fast, center (we love all of that). His profile looks pretty good but he switched to the NCAA halfway through so not a big sample size both leagues. But looking at his EP profile, he seems to always play up a level, going back to when he was 13, 14, 15, which continues today, playing in the NCAA as a 17 year old. I'm coming around.

@DhaliwalSports @DonnieandDhali What a joke are you kidding. I’m burning my jerseys if they do that. There are solid Dmen like verhoeff which is a right handed big dman. We can trade tiny Hronek, unload his salary and get a good solid prospect in return.

Would not surprise me if the Canucks take a serious look at Caleb Maholtra with the 3rd over-all pick. He wasn't that high earlier in the season but had a great 2nd half in the OHL. Big, strong centre who helps fill a positional need in the organization.

Major League Baseball has several ready-to-go, shovels at the ready potential bids from cities with serious buyers (Nashville, Salt Lake, Portland, etc.) We have a 72 cent dollar, no stadium, and a Major League team already in Vancouver set to relocate if we don't get our shit together. A committee to explore the "possibilities" of MLB? Just grab any article that has come out in this market every single year like clockwork talking about the exact same thing. Read through those and call it a day. Vancouver is a world-class city, but its focus should absolutely NOT be on MLB. You want another pro team back in the city? Go try your luck with the WNBA or NBA where you already have a home ready to go. Good grief...🤣
