Founders Fund just backed a robot that kills fish.
Not software. @ShinkeiSystems built a physical robot for boats that uses AI to kill fish instantly, cutting stress and doubling shelf life.
The fish brand is sold at Erewhon and Michelin restaurants.
@foundersfund thesis: low AI bets, odd spaces, almost no competition.
Sometimes the strangest market is the most defensible one.

I've been using speech-to-text for the past two months, and now I can't go back to typing. It's especially useful for me prompting LLMs. I tried typing again a couple times this week and felt like a turtle. 🐢

Moments ago, Valar Atomics took Ward 250 critical for the first time. This fulfills President Trump’s EO 14301, which called for 3 advanced reactors to go critical by July 4th.
This is our second criticality as a company, and an important step toward our goal of power by July 4.
