Last week I had an amazing mentorship session with @natbrunell and I was reminded that consistency is key. I want to be in the Bitcoin space. I want women like me to get exposure. I want to reach an audience that isn't here on X yet. I want to provide guidance in whatever way I can. I want to write a book. I want to create Bitcoin content. I want to build community. I want to do it all — and I have a million ideas... But I also have a successful business I can't step away from. I already have amazing work/life balance. And I have a very real fear of showing up in a space populated by absolute geniuses. I've been frozen by the pros and cons and the sheer amount of work this will all take. But today I'm starting with one simple post. My first in nearly half a year. If you've ever felt this way — pulled toward something big but paralyzed by everything it would take — drop a 🧡 below. As a millennial I simply lacked hope for a better future. I'd been bombarded with fear my whole life. No 12 year old should have to worry about Y2K?! After a while you realize, some of it is bullshit. And some of it is control. Because fear is an incredibly powerful emotion. People in fear will listen. People in fear will comply. I still remember the moment I found hope. My partner looked at me and said "I think we are going to be ok." I didn't understand what he meant. "It's because of Bitcoin." How could that ‘crypto stuff’ make my future secure? How could it create a better world? How could it give me hope for the first time in my adult life? But if he could be that confident, well then I needed to know why. So I learned. I questioned. I went down the rabbit hole. Now I know. And if you don't quite understand it yet — I'm here. And if you're a man who wants the woman he loves to feel this kind of hope — watch this space. I'm building something just for her. What gave you hope for the first time?

@GiovanniIncasa I've recently read that having articles on substack or medium are also being positively marked by the algorithm. Do you keep all of yours on X or post elsewhere? Have you tested which performs better?

Content on 𝕏 usually dies in 48 hours. I thought articles did too. As a ghostwriter for Bitcoin companies, I see what happens behind the scenes. You spend hours writing a thread or a long post. It gets some likes. It gets some replies. And then it is gone. Dead in one to two days. That is how it used to be for everything on the platform. Then 𝕏 rolled out articles. At first I treated them the exact same way. I would write a long-form article for a client. Hit publish. Watch it get some initial traction. And then assume it died immediately just like a regular timeline post. Something was different though. Articles are not timeline posts. Articles are assets. They do not die the time that you publish them. They stay there as a permanent hub for your ideas. Now when I write an article and it starts getting traction, I do not just let it sit there. The first thing I do is quote the tweet with a specific passage from it. Or just a new perspective on the same topic. Then the market moves. A few days or weeks later that specific topic becomes trendy again. Instead of writing a completely new post from scratch, I repurpose that same article. I will quote tweet it again with another angle that people could find interesting right at that moment. People are going to read the article because they are interested in the trend. But reading the article is what actually does the heavy lifting. It increases the trust in the brand. You catch them with the trend. But you keep them with the depth of the asset (your article). This is what I am doing with my clients right now and it is currently working. Trends can be ridden using assets built weeks ago. A lot of founders are sleeping on articles. They keep writing disposable posts instead of building permanent assets.

@girlintheverse I used to. Especially when I had to go to an office and work. Now I'm fairly lucky that I work for myself and only have friends that I have intentionally made at a later age. Though we definitely do have different ideas about things, it's not polarizing which is nice.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is how to become a friend to myself. I used to be my own worst critic, constantly tearing myself down. Everything changed when I decided to support myself instead of sabotage myself. You can’t build a powerful life while being at war with yourself.

@createdbyjami That honestly breaks my heart. My mother died before retirement and I'm just enraged.

The average lifespan being lower than the new retirement age blows my mind. Everything is intentional. The system isn’t broken, it’s working exactly as it was designed to.
