@YoungsburgDave Well, he’s one of the “leaders” on the team .He just looks disinterested in my opinion. turnovers are lazy ones where he hangs onto the puck for too long. It’s one thing to try and protect the puck for a while behind the net, but it’s reckless to do it at the blue line

@BroadStHockey In your post game you were wondering why it took them so long to figure out how to win a shoot out? I’m curious what you mean? Maybe, you don’t have good enough players or maybe some of your better players, like Hayes, have been injured?

This organization is just making such poor decisions. They just don’t have the skilled players they need to compete

@JameyBaskow And yet, another way of looking at it, it’s kind of hard to coach a power-play unit when you don’t have the skill to play keepaway.

If your power play coach isn't doing his job, then you terminate him, or try to make necessary adjustments, not throw shade at the previous regime which aren't true. I can't remember the last time the Flyers were 30th in the NHL with their power play.

One thing that hasn't sat well with me since the Chuck Fletcher press conference are his comments on the power play. Under Fletcher's regime the power play has gotten worse each year, but to throw shade "The Power Play wasn't good when I got here," seems like a deflection.

This was one of those "it wasn't all bad, but..." types of losses. You don't outshoot a team 41-26 by accident, after all. And I had less of an issue w/overall process than just some really REALLY awful shifts. As a one-off loss, not the end of the world. Gotta win Thurs though.

@BILLadelphia1 Listen to your podcast, I heard you say that Boston and Philly are pretty close in terms of team talent, etc. I don’t see it that way. I think that their top line has skill that we don’t even come close to having. We have nothing even close to a Pasternak
