Most builders wait until it's perfect. I almost did too. Then I remembered: the version you're embarrassed to ship is the version that gets you real feedback. My product goes live very soon. It's not perfect. It solves a real problem. And I'm ready to let the world tell me what to fix next.

I built Tonoreply.com in about a week. It's a browser extension that reads your writing style and generates replies that actually sound like you — not like a bot. The AI logic? 2 days. Getting X's DOM to cooperate? 4 days. No one tells you this before you build an AI product: the "intelligent" layer is 20% of the work. The other 80% is fighting APIs, handling edge cases, and making it reliable enough that people actually trust it. Most AI wrappers fail because they nail the model and skip the execution. Have you checked if AI recommends your product? > Yes, AI knows me > Checked, I'm invisible > Never checked > What's GEO? Most builders never check. But 62% of buyers now start with AI, not Google. Run this in ChatGPT: "Act as a buyer looking for [your category]. What products do you recommend?" If you're not on the list, that's your gap.

Building this product taught me things no article ever could: - Users don't care about features. They care about the 3am problem your product solves. - "Done" is a myth. You ship, then you improve. - Your first 10 users will teach you more than your next 1,000. - Momentum matters more than perfection at launch. Launching soon. The lessons continue.
