@hjluks I have chronic tennis elbow. I’ve done PT and nothing has fixed it. I have great range of motion, but when working out chest my elbow flares up (not severe pain), though it’s still there. When I do any bicep work, part of my forearm flares up and burns terribly. I’m not sure what

The issue is attackers holding as well. That's ruined it. There is no jeopardy for the attacking team. A free kick, big deal 🤷‍♂️

The grappling at corners has become a joke. When James swung his corner over for Chelsea’s goal, there was Timber holding Chalobah, Rice on Hato, Trossard on Andrey Santos, Saliba on Joao Pedro, Gabriel on Enzo, Zubimendi on Sarr. It happens to Arsenal, too, of course. This is simply one snapshot of a broader problem that officials seem to have given up on policing. Perhaps because it’s so pervasive. Injury Update | James McShane 🏥 We can confirm that James McShane has suffered a grade 2 tear to his MCL. As a result, James will be sidelined for 2-3 months. While this is not the news we were hoping for, initial fears were that James had re-ruptured his ACL, which previously kept him out for over a year. Wishing you a swift recovery, James 💪
