@bookingcom I have DM’ed you about a fraud your flight travel partner has done with me. They booked my flight with a name typo and asked me to pay £41.58 to correct that. When I highlighted that it’s their mistake, they now say that the booking details are correct. Fix this pls!

@airtelbank Hello, One of your retailer Chandrapura Enterprises at Pincode 828403 has done a fraud while opening the savings bank account and purchasing the Fastag. The store looks to be authorised. They are also doing same with other poor customers visiting to open the account.

@Scousetrucker @AnyVan Same happened with me. The driver called multiple times & abused me after I provided feedback about the service. The driver literally threatened me leaving safety concerns about my life. Escalated to customer support but to no avail. No one called back and asked for my well being

@juliecrazycats @AnyVan @AnyVan is definitely not professional and their drivers definitely are the worst. The driver abused me and threatened when I provided them feedback after the service. They directly passed the feedback and my contact details to the driver who called me multiple times to abuse.

@keithdavey66 @AnyVan I faced an issue with my booking yesterday where I provided feedback online & driver called me and abused me with the choicest of words, something which was life threatening and raising safety concerns. Customer service at its worst as no one contacted after escalating this.

@AnyVan I had booking completed today and provided the feedback. You directly sent the feedback to the driver even though it was mostly for @AnyVan service and not the driver. Now the driver called me and abused with the choicest of words. It’s life threatening & safety concerns.

@ViCustomerCare I ported out of Vodafone in May 2023. You sent an MNP overdue bill amount of ₹342.88 on 9th August 2023 which we instantly paid. It is still showing as overdue to my current service provider who have made my number as inactive. I have DM’ed you all the details.
