@TheRealEasyJ@Jessemedscience Bruins might not even make the playoffs. You risk burning an entire year of his ELC for just 12 games.
Reichel is a potential top 9 winger.
We need guys like him to play WITH Hagens in the years ahead.
They also traded 2 players for him. (making more room in the system)
@Jessemedscience I completely agree and had the same thought process. Our excess of bottom 6 role fill guys shouldn't be stopping a potential star prospect from entering the team. They knew he was coming since the offseason and they even went out of their way bringing in Reichel to take a spot
Imagine not signing your most talented prospect since Patrice Bergeron because you cannot figure out how to squeeze guys like Mikey Eyssimont and Alex Steeves out off the roster — or, do not want to hurt Marat Khusnutdinov’s feelings by putting him in a checking role — or, telling Sean Kuraly he may have to sit a few games and be on ‘rotation’ ? 🤦🏾
James Hagens belongs nowhere near a bus…
#NHL#BRUINS#NHLBRUINS
@Bruinslover8813@Jessemedscience@BruinsBenders But you’re saying a top 6 playmaker (that doesn’t even play on the PK in college) should bump a 4th line grinder who is one of the top PK guys in the NHL.
Hagens would bump Reichel out and most likely play wing.
@BruinsBenders@Bruinslover8813@Jessemedscience He is compared to what we had before. Unless you want Beecher back? He's been huge on the PK.
Take a look at where the bruins are in PKs. And how many penalties these asshats take..
Also, He has better FO% than Minten.
Are you taking Minten out for Hagens..? 🙃
@Jessemedscience If he signs now and the bruins don’t make the playoffs, we burn an entire year of his 3-year entry level contract.. 1 season gone in 2 weeks.
With the Canes, Sabers, Wild, and 2 games against Tampa coming up.. it’s looking a bit risky.
P-Bruins don't need help either.
@NeilHardenenxn@Jessemedscience Then he just signs on next season.
If he signs now and the bruins don’t make the playoffs, they burn an entire year off of his 3-year entry level contract.
He could play in Providence and help them in the playoffs. But even they are already stacked and doing great.
@Bruinslover8813@Jessemedscience@BruinsBenders Hagens is a 4th line center..? What are we smoking..? Kuraly is a beast in faceoffs. That’s part of why they brought him back to Boston.
Bruins couldn’t win faceoffs to save their lives after Bergy and Krejci retired.
Beecher was 2nd in FO% after Elias 😂
@Jessemedscience@BruinsBenders I’ve never understood this management’s inability to simply ice the best possible roster… has Kuraly been “fine”? Yes. Does he kill penalties? Yes. Is he better rn than James hagens? God no. Like what are we doing here
@Carnage2469@Itssan17 The movie has the same title as the comic it’s based on..
Her cameo in Superman was setting up the beginning of the story. Celebrating her 21st birthday. 🎉 🍺
@Itssan17 The title of the Supergirl film is the same as the most popular (and most award-winning) Supergirl comic ever made.
Starts with her on a planet with a red sun on her 21st birthday, getting wasted.
Her cameo in Superman was setting up the story.👍🏼
NHL rule changes I want to see:
- If a powerplay starts when the period starts, that face-off should be in the offensive zone
- Jailbreak rule. Shorthanded goal ends the PP
- If a team scores on a delayed penalty, they still get the powerplay
- 3rd period or overtime cannot end on a PP if the team on the man advantage is trailing or the game is tied
- Icing called when a team passes or skates the puck back across the red line in 3-on-3 overtime
- When a bench minor is called, the opposing coach gets to choose who serves the penalty
- Icing still called when shorthanded, unless you reach the blue line first
- Either count all goals off the skate or count none of them. Remove the arbitrary element of the kicking-motion rule.
@Nealerrr Pussy. Stop trying to make all sports for douchebags more worried about health then the game.
They get paid good money, BECAUSE of the threat to their bodies.
@JaCrispy_39@GinoHard_ The shot was screened. Boldy is legit in the way of the shot and also kicking up snow at the same time.
Goals like this happen in the NHL. But most people crying about this obviously don’t watch much hockey.
@GinoHard_ Him being full of jokes after bad games is wearing thin. It would be nice to see a little more grit. He’s done this with the B’s and it’s infuriating
@Reinochukov@SquidRelevance@GinoHard_ What doesn’t make sense?
He said his colorblindness wasn’t the reason he didn’t see the puck.
Boldy screened the shot.
@str8flush9@SquidRelevance@GinoHard_ How doesn’t it make sense? They asked if the board color was the reason he couldn’t see it, and he said no.
He said the shot was screened and he didn’t see it
The analyst at ice level is a former goalie and said he also lost sight of the puck when it went above the boards.
@SquidRelevance@GinoHard_ Boldy screened the shot. Not only with his body but he also kicked up a snow shower at the same exact time. It wasn’t a bad shot either.
P.s. your team won the division in 1993 on a floater pitch by a child. There’s no excuse for that.
@GinoHard_ Now I’m not color blind but if two things of the same color are in your site, wouldn’t they still blend? Either way, no excuse for that goal.
