I’m seeing a lot of talk about epigenetics now crazy how early Khavinson was on figuring this stuff out. His work with BioRegulators was exploring gene expression over 40 years ago. Some ideas were being shaped long before it became popular and that the "future” has been here longer than people realize.

@BioReg Always look forward to your content. Between You Tube and X I try to consume as much info on Bio Regulators as possible. Trying to introduce some of my friends who have peptide tunnel vision to Bio Regulators. Sending your content definitely helps. Thanks

Today I am launching a fresh new look for BioReg! Along with this I would like to announce the brand's official motto: Regulate. Restore. Regenerate. This comes along with a new vibrant color scheme- representing stepping into a new and vibrant way of living. When I first began posting about Bioregulators it was to share my personal experiences with them and the value they have added to my life. I began to submerge myself into the world of these short chain amino acids that were discovered by Dr. Khavinson. With 40 years of untranslated Russian research on bioregulators, I hope to help build a better understanding of what more they can offer us- outside of what they are already known for. I hope to offer you valuable insight into the intriguing world of BioRegulators. As I've continued to learn, I have seen the positive impact these bioregulators have had in people's lives and it is incredibly fulfilling to hear. This fulfillment drives my passion to bring a deeper knowledge of bioregulators to people everywhere- outside of just X. My mission is to build a global bioregulator brand that provides hope after disregulation in the modern world- through groundbreaking findings, compelling evidence, and eventually our very own line of BioReg Peptides. I look forward to opening discussions and diving into many different bioregulators with you. I would like to thank everyone for the support thus far and welcome everyone, interested in learning about bioregulators, on board. I have sincerely enjoyed creating videos and interacting with y'all. I cannot wait for what is to come in the world of Bioregulation.

“I inject these 20 peptides to stay productive and focused” Bro… how do you even do anything else in your day if that’s your regiment The only job description that works for is peptide influencer lol

Physical exertion on Pinealon feels unreal. 1hr45m of pickup basketball felt like a light 20-minute jog. That matches the specific Pinealon research I’m referencing: Russian studies/reviews describe improved physical working capacity in athletes, plus better recovery-related physiology & reduced fatigue under stress, not just cognitive effects! In other words, the most relevant signal here is not “more energy” in a stim-like sense but instead, it’s a weirdly lower perceived exertion for a hard session

Today I am starting an n=1 experiment with Pinealon This is a brain-focused bioregulator peptide that’s been studied for neuroprotection, cognition & resistance to oxidative stress. I’ll be tracking subjective fatigue plus WHOOP HRV, recovery, and sleep stages to see if it actually moves the needle.

I have a question - if bad blue light exposure is making the system more vulnerable upstream, what do you think about Epitalon as a support layer? There are some papers that suggest stronger effects under disturbed light conditions, long with retina specific work tying it to retinal pigment epithelium, local melatonin synthesis, rhodopsin, and retinal function. Do you think that kind of retinal support could matter here?

The blue light you got exposed to while scrolling last night made the sunlight you got exposed to today more risky In this animal model, once you knockout Opn4 melanopsin, UV light becomes a lot more harmful More corticosteroids in skin More UVA damage Blue light, especially around 430nm is thought to damage photoreceptor, including melanopsin in eyes and skin
Abud Bakri MD@AbudBakri

@zaidkdahhaj I fear it’s a lack of melanopsin in the skin from blue light bathing. Bath in blue light and UV becomes much more harmful Even if you did everything else above right Melanin and opn4 defense shields down

@PGC1a_RB For some reason I don’t get pip - like it can feel little bit irritated but nothing like what I’ve heard people saying.

Epitalon seemed to improve my sleep depth and recovery overall. When I compared the 14-day of your mg oral Epithalon experiment to the 7 days before it, the pattern was pretty consistent: HRV up, deep sleep up, WASO down.

Tonight I am starting an n=1 experiment with Epitalon This is a pineal bioregulator peptide that has been studied for aging, telomeres & circadian rhythms I will be tracking subjective sleep plus WHOOP HRV, recovery, and sleep stages to see if it actually moves the needle.

@AgarthaSid Agreed- It has been exciting researching and learning more about the reasons behind why they were able to achieve so much during that time. Once you start understanding what was going on during that time and what they were facing it all starts to make sense.

@BioReg The way Soviet science emerged is so fascinating. Like, there was a lot of wastefulness with misaligned incentives in the Soviet era, but also so much incredible innovation from the Soviets at the same time.
