I will admit we had a snafu in a dresser we bought. It was delivered broken & didn't include drawer slides. While the store didn't help after 5 wks a simple email to the CEO and in 5 minutes, problem solved & dresser delivered on same day! I'm happy 😊 Thank you @AshleyHomeStore
