How to make the best (and healthiest) raw milk ice cream: Base: -1/4 cup raw cream -1/4 cup raw milk -1 egg yolk Vanilla: -2 tbsp pure maple syrup -Freshly scraped vanilla bean (or vanilla paste or extract) Chocolate: -2 tbsp pure maple syrup -2 tbsp cacao powder -Cacao nibs on top Honeycomb: -2 tbsp raw honey -Big chunk of honeycomb If you really want to take it up a notch, add a splash of raw colostrum as well. Regular milk/cream is also fine! Blend ingredients well, then add to ice cream maker This makes one moderate serving, but just scale up as needed
