most days there’s zero motivation
for me it’s about knowing my why
in order to execute and live that out,
i know i need to be pushing myself
and make sure i’m staying aware
of where im at both mentally
as well physically
once i’ve arrived at the gym, i know
the switch turns on and there
is a full on focus for making
the best usage of the time
i’ll be spending there
not every workout will feel great
not every exercise will feel great
not very rep till feel great
but we get to choose our mindset
going forward and how we’ll
choose to perceive things
as of late, i’ve been off my routine
and have allowed myself to
slip back into bad habits
i remind myself no matter where reality
progresses and the hurdles that
stand in my way, i’ll always
find a way to fight
my way back
and i believe you can do the same
so believe in yourself
find others who believe in you
and accomplish larger things together
right now is our time to strive for more
make today your day to be your best self
