I just got off the phone with someone who works in defense policy in Washington. What they told me should end every "Trump is reckless" argument permanently. I think the disconnect with understanding who Saitama is comes from y'all not reading manga.
Let me explain. Garou became a literal cosmic god. He could copy the strength of anyone he fought. Let me repeat that.
HE CAN COPY THE FULL STRENGTH OF ANYONE HE FOUGHT.
Even with Garou constantly copying Saitama's power... Garou, a cosmic god, could not KEEP UP WITH THE SPEED OF SAITAMA'S GROWTH IN THE MIDDLE OF A BATTLE.
Saitama was in the void of space on top of that.
He also destroyed all of Jupiters atmosphere WITH A SNEEZE.
So I say again...Saitama is not loosing to any basic anime character.
