Mind-blowing comparison!
U.S. real estate took roughly 80 years to 100x, from about $1,000 homes in the early 1900s to $100,000 by the mid 1980s.
Bitcoin did the same in 11 years. From $1,000 in November 2013 to $100,000 in December 2024.
That’s roughly a 52% CAGR for Bitcoin versus about 6% for housing.
Real estate is stable and provides utility. Bitcoin is a monetary network scaling globally at a pace we haven’t seen before.

Even if your rental properties do outperform the market (unlikely), when you include the "return on hassle", it's not even close.
The cost of your time, dealing with tenants, etc., is far higher than a few percentage points a year.
