Hello @Myntra @MyntraSupport My brother ordered Skechers Men GO WALK MAX WALKER – NEXT GEN Slip Ins Walking Shoes (₹7,000 approx.) from Myntra. Received a completely different low-quality/local shoe inside the sealed package. Parcel was opened at warehouse in front of manager & CCTV. Warehouse staff confirmed the product mismatch. Despite clear proof, my complaint was closed saying “correct product dispatched.” This is extremely disappointing customer support. All proofs available: ✔ Invoice ✔ Payment proof ✔ Video evidence ✔ Warehouse confirmation Grievance No: 8761353 Consumer Court case filed.
