I had a long talk with a banker today. The deals he is currently doing are contractor short term loans for apartment buildings and business consolidation. That means all that is going on in Colorado is building “affordable housing” for immigrants and people selling their businesses and getting out. You can try and tell me there is other business in the State, but there’s not. The Democrats are incapable of self correction. They will continue to destroy the State unless drastic changes are made. Stick your head in the sand and pretend its not real if you like, but they are coming for you. #copolitics

Colorado Business Community Sounds ALARM! Employers Leaving, Jobs Disappearing, Fees & Taxes Hurting New video: youtu.be/uj8wEu-WeU8 Destructive policies from our Democrat-controlled State Legislature are destroying jobs, pushing employers out of the state and making our lives more expensive! The Colorado Chamber Foundation recently put out a report tracking nearly 100 “known relocations or lost opportunities to other states since 2019.” This equates to over 13,600 jobs that Colorado lost to other states since 2019! And now a bipartisan coalition of business owners, entrepreneurs and tech leaders are urging the State Government to change course and make Colorado a more business friendly state. Of course, these same policies that have pushed out employers have also made life more expensive for the average Coloradan who has to spend “$20,800 more in 2025 to cover basic necessities like housing, groceries, insurance, gas, and child care” than in 2019 according to the Common Sense Institute. Most of blame is with our State Legislature who have increased regulations, taxes & fees and made it more difficult to do business in Colorado. Thankfully, some democratic legislators are recognizing the problem and are willing to vote against some new fees and taxes as well as pass regulatory reform to help ease the burdens placed on Colorado businesses. This November, Colorado voters have an opportunity to help change the direction of Colorado and replace bad, anti-business legislators.

This is the Municipal Sentencing Reform bill. Today ‼️ write your Councilmember (emails in @dobetterdnvr ‘s post) and ask them to: 1) reject the current draft ordinance, and, 2) put forward a new ordinance that meets the requirements of the Camp ruling and does nothing else. 🚨Highlights in the current version that create LOWER penalties than State law or current Denver law (when there isn’t a comparable State offense) ❌Publicly having a wank becomes a petty offense ❌trespass in your car becomes a petty offense ❌threatening to hurt your pet (or any property) is no longer a prosecutable offense (unless the threat is made by phone). A serious blow to cases of Domestic violence, stalkers, and other assholes trying to cause harm ❌Repeat violators of protection orders can’t be subject to a higher penalty (currently up to 300 days). ❌Flourishing a weapon becomes a petty offense! ❌Denver’s current “general penalty” for Municipal offenses is a max of 300 days/$999 fine drops to 10 days and $300!!! I heard City Prosecutors offered a compromise to 129 days/$750 fine, but the sponsors said no. Council’s Safety Committee will hear this decriminalization bill on Wednesday at 10:00. Tune in to DenverTV . com to livestream. 🔗to the bill and presentation below.

🚨 Denver, Bill 26-0328 is back this week. DSA-backed candidates are pushing hard to weaken penalties for theft, drug use, vandalism, trespass, and illegal camping…calling them “poverty-based offenses.” That’s dangerous NONSENSE. These aren’t victimless crimes. They destroy neighborhoods and quality of life. Jail exists for a reason: to punish lawbreakers and protect the public. This bill goes far beyond the narrow Camp ruling fix. It’s a broad giveaway to repeat offenders, signaling Denver is open for more chaos. Denverites are fed up with soft-on-crime policies. 📢 Take action NOW: Email your City Council member and demand they VOTE NO on 26-0328. Keep any fix limited to the Camp ruling only; leave the rest of Denver’s penalties alone. Council emails: - D1: District1@denvergov.org - D2: District2@denvergov.org - D3: District3@denvergov.org - D4: District4CityCouncil@denvergov.org - D5: DenverCouncil5@denvergov.org - D6: Paul.Kashmann@denvergov.org - D7: District7@denvergov.org - D8: District8@denvergov.org - D9: District9@denvergov.org - D10: District10@denvergov.org - D11: District11@denvergov.org - At-Large: G-Gutierrez.atlarge@denvergov.org - At-Large: ParadyAtLarge@denvergov.org Copy, paste, and send. Our city depends on it. #Denver #PublicSafety #VoteNo

Edison research found that Dominion switched up to 435,000 votes from Trump to Biden. They also found a total of 2.7 MILLION Trump votes deleted, including over 1 MILLION in Pennsylvania alone. The same type of fraud was found to happen in every state during the 2020 election.

It started with Amendment 23 in 2000, then Referendum C in 2005, then ongoing local gov De-Brucing, then the repeal of the Gallagher Amendment in 2020 with the passage of Amendment B. The democrats will not be satisfied until they abolish TABOR and can spend without taxpayer control. We are ever so close to a state in complete ruin if this happens.

5 years ago, my little girl was secretly being groomed and transitioned at her public school. 4 years ago, she was still lost in a dark cloud, suicidal, identifying as a “boy” named Toby. Last night, she went to her first prom with her boyfriend — glowing with confidence and grace. Thank you, Jesus, for saving her. 🙏🏼 What the enemy meant for evil, God is turning into good. If you’re a parent fighting for your child right now and it feels hopeless, please hold on. There is light on the other side. I won’t stop fighting for your horror story to have a happy ending, too.

While late to the party, it is refreshing to see the federal government finally standing up for our constitutional rights especially with the SCOTUS slow role. While you are at it, can you charge all of the #coleg democrats under 18 U.S.C. § 242 and 141? #copolitics

“WORLD’S MOST POWERFUL RESET!!! President DJT” This isn’t the globalist “Great Reset” garbage from Davos — where they want you poor, controlled, and eating bugs. This is the American Reset. Energy dominance, secure borders, manufacturing revival, and putting America First again. No more surrendering our sovereignty to international bureaucrats. After years of Biden-Harris chaos, inflation, and weakness on the world stage, Trump is resetting the table with strength. Colorado needs this reset too — we’re tired of sanctuary policies, skyrocketing costs, and politicians who put everyone else before Coloradans. Let’s go, President DJT @realdonaldtrump Make America Great Again — and keep Colorado strong! #Trump2026 #AmericanReset #COPolitics

Hour 2 of the Long Bill reading. This is the most egregious part of the budget: “Colorado for All” was sold at $14.7M— now it’s over $120M, with a $95M cap. Taxpayer-funded benefits for those here illegally, without your consent. That’s not compassion. That’s compelled spending. Real compassion is voluntary. Government should follow the Constitution, not ignore it.

Non-profits just mean that the company doesn’t make a profit. Funneling excess to employees, like this CEO, is a way to ensure no profit is made. There was a time when non-profits were altruistic. They were meant for good by people who volunteered. Now they’ve become one giant money laundering machine.
Wall Street Apes@WallStreetApes

WOW 🚨 Delta Dental is considered a nonprofit but the CEO skyrocketed her pay from $4.5 million per year all the way to $48 million over 4 years That’s $1 million dollars per month pay for one employee as a nonprofit “Delta Dental is considered a non-profit, and as such you can be their taxes online. So I got curious in their 2014 filing, the IRS requests for the organization's top accomplishments. Delta Dental reported that over 95% of claims electronic, online and paper were processed without any manual intervention. That means when your care is denied, there is less than 1 in 10 chance a human reviewed it — That same year, Delta dished out up to a 30% pay cut on the care that doctors deliver, and for a decade, they did not raise what they pay for your dental care by a single penny. Meanwhile, their CEO's salary skyrocketed. She went from 4.5 to $15 million a year. From 2014 to 2018, she made off with almost $48 million before leaving her position. That's a million dollars a month. Must be nice. And she's not even a clinician. She's a CPA. You don't have to be an accountant to do the math. Dr. Pay cuts stagnant reimbursements. They were never about saving patients money on premiums.”

TODAY: A great bill is scheduled to be discussed and voted on in the House Judiciary Committee! HB26-1212 Constitutional Carry of Handgun would allow anyone in Colorado who is legally able to own a gun to be able to legally carry their gun concealed. The bill would also make concealed carry permits valid for life (good for reciprocity in other states), lowers the age to 18 for a permit and repeals local BANS on concealed and open carry of a firearm! Great bill! Please sign up to testify! Link below ⬇️

I’ve spent the last few weeks manually reviewing a public copy of the Colorado voter roll looking at the 412,430 registered voters whose first name starts with “A” and then sorting those names by registered addresses and birth years to see if I can identify any duplicated registrations. Because Colorado’s automatic voter registration process is so poorly maintained, duplicates are sometimes created so some individuals receive a second voter ID and thus a second ballot at election time. Most appear to discard the extra ballot but some do return both and both ballots will count. Based on the number of likely duplicates I’m finding and extrapolating that to the 4,043,547 registered adult Coloradans on the voter roll at 04/01/26, it is likely that 16,174 Coloradans will be receiving two viable ballots this election season. If the duplicate is a straightforward clerical error, and the date of birth plus last four digits of the individuals social security number match on both records, the local county clerk can merge the two records into one. If there is a mismatch somewhere, the only person who can correct the error is the individual herself, and if they chose not to do so, they will continue to get two ballots until they do because that is how stupid it is in Colorado. This week I will post sanitizes samples of potential duplicated registrations I’m finding and also sharing with county clerks (other than the one who has blocked me). Most seem fairly obvious to me and I’’m curious as to why the CO Secretary of State doesn’t seem concerned about fixing this problem. (Well, not really, because I know she doesn’t care)

The Colorado Chamber of Commerce Foundation has just published its 2025 Relocation Tracker — a systematic, sourced, documented accounting of every company that left Colorado, reduced its Colorado operations, or chose a competitor state over Colorado since 2019. The numbers are bad. The trajectory is worse. And what makes this report genuinely important is that the Chamber didn't just count departures — they documented the reasons companies gave for leaving. In their own words. On the record. The verdict: Colorado's business climate is not merely underperforming — it is actively repelling investment, at an accelerating pace, and the people doing the leaving are telling us exactly why. Ninety-eight companies. Thirteen thousand, six hundred and seven known jobs. That's what Colorado has lost or failed to attract since 2019 in tracked, documented, sourced departures. And "known" is the operative word — most entries list "unknown" for jobs, because companies don't typically issue a press release when they quietly downsize or slip out of state. The Chamber worked from SEC filings, WARN Act notices, press releases, and news reporting. This is the floor, not the ceiling. The pace is accelerating — and I mean that in the most literal, measurable sense. In 2019, roughly fifteen companies left or chose elsewhere. That number dipped during COVID. Then it started climbing. Twenty-one departures in 2024. Twenty-seven already documented in 2025 — the highest single year in the tracker's history, and the trend line on that chart doesn't bend. It steepens. We are losing companies faster this year than at any point in the last six years. Here is the report if you don't believe me. And if you think the primary problem is @GovofCO you're wrong. He's just the leader of the cabal, @coloradodems in the state legislature are the real problem. You must focus on the legislative races. That's where the bills that create California in Colorado. It must stop because we are becoming worse than California. I'll discuss in depth at 9:04 a.m. @KOAColorado cochamber.com/wp-content/upl…

Let’s talk numbers. Colorado roads: 43rd in the nation Transit ridership: ~4% Fare recovery: 4.4% Public subsidy: ~$19 for every $1 rider pays We’ve spent billions. Result? Worse roads. Less efficiency. More government control. That’s not infrastructure, that’s ideology. HB26-1399 starts cutting off the money pipeline to failed priorities. Build roads. Move people. Respect taxpayers. It’s not complicated. #TheLongBill
