Tell them to go into: Cybersecurity or Robotics if they like tech. Doctor cuz you cant replicate that and no people arent gonna like being operated on by a robot, at least not near-term. Law cuz a judge is NOT having a debate with a robot thats smarter than him. ....or tell them to get the worst degree of all as itll open the door for job opportunities, MBA

Added another @doginaldogs Why? The community is the most active I've seen They hold spaces all day and actually stick to a schedule. Also, very welcoming and have created an insanely strong community/brand I truly believe anything under $10k is highly undervalued

나는 도지코인 홀더다. 머스크의 예전 발언들을 정리해보면 확실히 도지코인을 결제 수단으로 쓰려는 의도가 보인다. 근데 요즘 다시 도지에 대한 트윗을 올리네? 슬슬 준비가 된 듯하다. 내 생각 근거 1. 에너지는 화폐라고 했다 → 도지 PoW 코인 2. 도지는 대중의 화폐라고 했다 3. 진정한 화폐는 고정적 인플레이션이어야 한다 4. 머스크가 이유 없이 홍보할 리 없다 결국 기다리면 된다. 쫄지 마라!!

I’m going to poke the bear but it’s crystal clear, people are way heavier than thy think they are and they need to be. For those that say “well maintaining that physique long term is impossible!”. You can fluctuate a little, but with 3-4x training sessions a week, you’ll stay pretty close so this look. Plus you’ll be motivated to stay in that look.

This is Hunter Hobbs He is 5’ 10” He dropped from 202 lbs to 160 lbs in 90 days The average guy is an inch shorter and has less muscle than Hobbs does Thus, if the average guy were to diet down to ~12% BF over the next 3, 6, 9, 12 months…he’d need to get to <160 Maybe <150

If you: >wake up >go straight to work (desk job) >go home/out to eat after work >sit on couch >go to sleep You are getting like <1000 steps a day. This isn’t to say track or obsess over step counts, I’m saying ur not moving enough for ur health nor to maintain a healthy weight (assuming u eat ~2k cals/day). You cannot live like this & expect to stay lean & healthy & sturdy. Humans need to move more than this.

Most people don't need more protein to build muscle. They need to train more. Protein isn’t the main driver of adaptation, training is. Muscle growth, strength, and metabolic health are primarily stimulated by mechanical tension and progressive overload, not just a higher protein intake. Protein’s role is supportive. It helps repair and build after you’ve given your body a reason to adapt. But without a meaningful training stimulus, more protein doesn’t translate into better outcomes (e.g., more strength, greater lean mass).
