#Faith communities responding to invitations to events linked to each other's #festivals and exchanging greetings at times of festivals is increasingly common. This year, for example, saw @SikhMessenger and @BoardofDeputies extending #Easter greetings to Christians on @X; @JustinWelby extending #Diwali greetings by video; and guests of different faiths at #Chanukah lightings in areas such as Leeds and Plymouth and participating in Ramadan #iftars such as an #interfaith #iftar in Leicester. The coming days will see traditional exchanges of greetings at the time of Christmas.
