@TheFizzyMind @TxStarWarsNerd @Pirat_Nation People living in rural areas are so often overlooked on topics like these. Yes, you can get internet out in the sticks, but it's typically really crappy satellite internet if you don't live within city limits. Most folks just use their phones.

PlayStation support has confirmed that a new digital rights management policy for the console is intentional, not a glitch.
Starting with any digital games purchased after the March 2026 system update, your PS5 will require an internet connection at least once every 30 days to validate the license.
If the console stays offline longer than that, the games simply will not launch until you reconnect.
This change does not affect any titles already in your library. Setting a console as your primary system also will not bypass the monthly check-in.

ESPN is so far behind on picks. They’re going to have to figure this 8 min thing out because they can’t be 10+ min behind real time. The whole tipping picks thing is irrelevant when you feel like you can’t be on social media because the TV is that delayed.

@jones_creighton @JoshNorris No it didn't. The runtime was still exactly the same as previous years. All it did was cut the amount of NFL Draft we actually got to watch and replaced it with even more commercials.

@JoshNorris Sure had plenty of time to show me the same 3 commercials from Verizon, Allstate and USAA back to back to back every 3 picks on NFL+

@WillRagatz I would have preferred Peter Woods or Kayden McDonald, but I can see the vision given Banks' athleticism and upside. Given what we've seen from Redmond and LDR, we don't need to be in a hurry with Banks either. Though, the sooner he's 100% and able to contribute, the better.

@DomClare Not only that but like, only a fool would go into the next season banking on JJ alone. The idea of signing Kyler is to bring in genuine competition on a dirt cheap contract. If JJ wins QB1, hell yeah we have a cheap backup, if Kyler wins QB1, hell yeah cheap starter!
