Over the past year, we’ve seen major moves shaping Malaysia’s blockchain landscape: - Digital Asset Innovation Hub (🟢 Launched June 2025, @BNM_official) – exploring programmable money and a ringgit-backed stablecoin. - Asset tokenisation discussion paper (🟠@BNM_official, due year-end) – outlining use cases and safeguards for adoption. - Liberalised crypto listing framework (🟠@SecComMalaysia, consultation paper released June 2025) – aimed at speeding time-to-market and expanding offerings for local exchanges. - Zakat payments via digital assets (🟢 Enabled by Pusat Pungutan Zakat-MAIWP, December 2024) How are we acting on this momentum at Halogen? By building investment products that integrate digital assets into traditional portfolios – all to enable institutions and individuals to access this growing asset class with confidence.
