Dan Bongino; Someone left the Russia Gate documents for us to find. 100 page document explained it all and it was worse than even I could have expected. They all knew it was bullshit. I cannot believe this happened in the United States.

The DOJ should indict James Comey for other things while they’re at it, like lying to Congress James Comey has been before me under oath and lied about leaking classified information I look forward to watching this case move forward

Comey can play dumb. But, He knew exactly what he was doing with those seashells. He posted "86 47." That is a call to assassinate the President Trump. This is the same James Comey who sicced the FBI on President Obama's political opponents. He went after Trump, his top aides, and his allies. Then he lied about it. Saturday night showed exactly what happens when dangerous rhetoric like this inspires someone to act. This is what an assassination culture produces. James Comey deserves zero sympathy.

They will show lots of proof of Comey's hatred of Trump. They will explain the few meanings of the term "86". They will ask the jury, what would a reasonable person think when they see a person like Comey post "86 47"? Unless a libtard gets on the jury, guilty of inciting violence against the sitting President.

You all know Comey’s dumbass shell formation is not the sole reason for the indictment, right? The DOJ has to have so much more they cannot divulge.

@RealAF_Patriot I believe Comey is going to be the example. The precedent. The blueprint in which everyone else will be arrested and prosecuted… One could only hope!

Before the “legal pundits” claim the indictment against Comey is flawed, keep in mind a few things: - A Grand Jury disagrees. - Professional prosecutors disagree. - DOJ and @DAGToddBlanche disagree. - Comey made many inconsistent statements about what he thought the shells meant. - Non-public evidence exists to prove that Comey knew what “8647” meant. There is no doubt that subpoenas went to Comey’s cell and email providers. Within those returns could be admissions he knew what it meant but perhaps was “just joking”. That sort of reckless disregard of the public perception of the threat is exactly the evidence that takes this BARD. Also, Comey spent a lot of time publicly pontificating about what “86” means. He called the shell formation “clever”and “cool”. Wondered with his wife what it meant. Menus? Leaving a place? Few North Carolina jurors will consider this even plausible. Know what else? COMEY NEVER QUESTIONED WHAT 47 MEANT! It could be reckless that Comey knew 47 meant “Trump” and knew “86” meant at least getting rid of him in some fashion. It would be laughable that the former FBI Director didn’t stop and wonder if it would be reckless to applaud “getting rid of the President” in some fashion as “clever” or “cool”. Conscious disregard of an objective threat to the President is a crime. Also, neither statute requires ANY intent to carry out the threat! So yeah…not good to be Comey! And yeah…his Instagram post was reckless. @TheJusticeDept is treating this case like dozens of other similar cases. That consistency IS legitimacy. My $.02.

🚨TODAY: Federal Grand Jury Indicts Former FBI Director James Comey for Threats to Harm President Trump “Threatening the life of the President of the United States is a grave violation of our nation’s laws,” said Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. “The grand jury returned an indictment alleging James Comey did just that, at a time when this country has witnessed violent incitement followed by deadly actions against President Trump and other elected officials. The temperature needs to be turned down, and anyone who dials it up and threatens the life of the President will be held accountable.” Read more: justice.gov/opa/pr/federal…

@PamelaHensley22 You’re a fucking moron. That doesn’t prove ‘intent’. Pull up the webster’s dictionary definition of “86”. Intent to do what? Intent to say, we should stop supporting Trump? That’s a threat? No wonder Trump loves the uneducated

I believe they have a witness who saw Comey personally arranging the shells. If he's lying about that, his entire "I just found them on a beach walk" story collapses and that proves intent. You don't stage a threat then pretend you discovered it by chance.

@AndrewKolvet What’s even more bizarre is how soft you snowflakes are. Imagine a federal prosecution over a picture of some shells that mean dump Trump. You pussies are so soft that you have to pretend it was a threat that actually scared you

Whether Comey is convicted or not, I'm reminded today of just how bizarre and absurd it was that he posted that picture at all. This is the former Director of the FBI, a man who paints himself as the exemplar of honor and who wrote a book entitled "A Higher Loyalty." Not only was the post arguably treasonous and has landed him in serious legal jeopardy, it's just painfully dumb. He will play the victim and feign ignorance that to "86 someone" could mean to kill them, but the whole episode is a national embarassment.

Never forget after James Comey posted his "8647" threat against President Trump. He quickly went on Stephen Colbert to laugh & mock his threat against President Trump. Who's laughing now? There won't be any long walks on the beach with your wife where you're going James.

@realmflynnJR One theory: the left’s lawfare attempts are rushed, sloppy and usually end up being dismissed or ruled unconstitutional. The left plays for short term pain. The right is more measured, careful to ensure lasting conviction.

I’m not the only one asking but why did it take a year to investigate an Instagram post that was a clear threat to POTUS? I’m all ears if a lawyer wants to break it down for me why it took so long. Just feel like if it were anyone else, theyd already be in prison.
