@wholemars@lorakolodny I encourage all of us (If you haven't done so already) to write a complaint to CNBC about the Utter Biased Negative coverage on Tesla/Musk. I have done such a dozen times.... She is a disgraced in claiming to "cover" Tesla ... Her Tag should be I ONLY report very Negative bias.
You'll never guess who showed up to my court hearing over Zoom last month against my Cyberstalker Aaron Jacob Greenspan. It was CNBC journalist @lorakolodny
Lora has long been working closely with TSLAQ, and Greenspan in particular. She was recently quoted in the New York Times saying that my cyberstalker helped her "break many stories".
The close relationship between Lora, CNBC, and my cyberstalker is troubling to say the least. Does @CNBC not have the financial means to purchase court documents from PACER themselves? This financial assistance and "help" breaking stories isn't exactly from the kindness of Greenspan's heart. Rather, he wants the media to publish negative stories about the companies he is shorting and his personal enemies.
These kind of relationships show how the media can be used as pawns to advance the interest of short sellers like Greenspan. CNBC is so desperate to "break a story" that they don't stop to ask what the motives are of the person who is sharing documents on certain companies and not others. And often, rather than disclosing that the information came to them from a short seller, they describe Greenspan and PlainSite as a "legal non-profit" or "charity" rather than as a market participant.
But it's more than just pulling up court documents and making them available for free. Greenspan is willing to file bogus lawsuits and use other tactics that would be highly questionable for a journalist to try and abuse the discovery process and force people to turn over private information, which journalists like Kolodny stand ready to report on.
If Lora filed these kinds of lawsuits herself, she would be called out for her abusive tactics as would @CNBC. But she can have her friend Aaron file it, look the other way as he harasses people online for years, and still get the benefit of any information that comes out of the bogus litigation.
The support of mainstream journalists like Kolodny and @russ1mitchell, who donated financially to PlainSite, lent credibility to Aaron and PlainSite and made it difficult to stop his abusive tactics for many years.
But now that the court has ruled against Aaron and ordered him to pay the other sides legal bills, I'm guessing CNBC and the LA Times aren't stepping up to foot the bill. They took advantage of someone who is neurodivergent and clearly on the spectrum to do their dirty work, encouraged him and applauded him as he harassed and doxxed Tesla fans, and now leaves him to deal with the repercussions himself.
CNBC, LA Times and other mainstream media should not be working with Greenspan at all given his history of harassment and his deceptive attempts to market stories targeting his short-selling bets as coming from a "non-profit" (a non-profit that he has now had to shut down after I called him out on it). They should purchase legal documents themselves from the original source, not rely on what Greenspan is willing to provide to them. The fact that they are still so close with my cyberstalker raises a lot of questions about how these media companies operate.

@elonmusk Any idea if Tesla Service will ever improve. They don't answers phones and update on App lacks specifics. MX at Kennesaw, GA location for 11 days now. I just cancelled my future order of MX. Not paying Tesla another dime unless current customers are taken care of.
@elonmusk This Political Arcade Game needs a Middle Button / Candidate (one to push and to vote on) ... Extreme Left and Extreme Right are both Divisive ... Will we always be so binary ?
In the past I voted Democrat, because they were (mostly) the kindness party.
But they have become the party of division & hate, so I can no longer support them and will vote Republican.
Now, watch their dirty tricks campaign against me unfold … 🍿

As a junior software developer I kept expecting to find some super clever code in the codebase I was working on.
There was none.
There's no secret sauce in most software.
It usually comes down to carefully placed if-else statements and for-loops.
Don't fear diving in.
