@GoatmanUX Thank you for your feedback on our Gait Analysis feedback. Whilst we do now charge for this service, you do get a £15 voucher to use within 30 days in case you cannot find the shoes you want in store that day.
You now have to PAY for a gait analysis at @RunnersNeed ?!?!
What nonsense is that, you have to book a service to tell you what shoes you may or may not need then you have to either lump up £15 or buy a pair of shoes there and then?!

@Dogearedtatty All our stores offer the ability to recycle your old trainers, but at select point of the year we offer a Recycle My Run promotion, where you can get a discount/voucher towards a new pair of shoes.
