Hi @StarbucksUK, ordered through @JustEatUK - you sent an empty bag with 'refund' on it and apparently I have to pay full price for that as there's not enough proof I didnt get the food? Can you please review your CCTV footage, as apparently JustEat need more thorough 'evidence'

Seems @Group1Audi Watford sold us an accident damaged Audi "Approved Used" S6, so related faults aren't covered on warranty. Michelle Sava @AudiUK couldn't be doing less to help even though they told us they have issues with this branch who are currently ghosting us #CowboyTrader

@AudiUK I think it's genuinely unbelievable that as a brand you acknowledge a dealership is problematic but tell the customer there's not much you can do - we only purchased from there because it was approved by you? @Group1Audi any help or still just hoping the problem disappears? 2/2

@dhlexpressuk had an issue with customs fees as it's been processed incorrectly. Called for advice and the best I could get was 'its too late, pay the incorrect fee or we'll send it back to Japan', fabulous service. Absolutely, fabulous! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
