Allahu Akbar from the King and head of the Church, even giving Islam the royal stamp of approval with the crest. Unbelievable.

@UKLabour MPs and Lords trying to silence @NJ_Timothy , that tells you everything you need to know. The truth clearly hits a nerve. In this country we have freedom of speech. We do not have blasphemy laws, no matter how much some in Labour seem to wish we did when it suits them. You don’t get to pick and choose when speech is allowed just because you don’t like what’s being said. This is exactly the problem. Instead of engaging with debate, you try to shut it down. And the sheer audacity of it… a party drowning in scandal after scandal, from the backbenches right up to the top, yet still thinking it can lecture anyone else. The rot isn’t isolated. It runs through the entire party. You’re out of touch, out of ideas, and now clearly out of tolerance for the truth too. The British public can see it. And we’ve had enough.

How any Labour MP has the audacity to criticise anyone else is beyond me. This is a party knee-deep in its own mess… constant U-turns, one disastrous policy after another, and scandal after scandal hanging over them like a bad smell. And let’s not pretend it stops at the backbenches… it runs right through the top, including the Prime Minister and the whole Mandleson circus. You lecture others while your own house is on fire. You push policies the public clearly do not want, then act surprised when people turn away in droves. You are completely out of touch with the electorate, with working people, and with the reality of life in this country. The arrogance is staggering. People have had enough. Enough of the spin, enough of the hypocrisy, enough of being ignored. You don’t get to sit there, presiding over chaos, and point fingers at anyone else. Take a long hard look in the mirror.

For an MP to claim Muslims publicly practicing their faith is ‘domination’ or ‘division’ is unacceptable and falls far below the required standards of objectivity, honesty and leadership in Parliament. I’ve signed the letter reporting Nick Timothy to the Standards Commissioner.

Imagine this being said about the Chanukah, Vaisakhi or Diwali events hosted by @MayorofLondon on Trafalgar Square. It is simply hatred against Muslims. How far the Conservative Party has fallen.

You’ve got some nerve while your own party is knee-deep in scandal after scandal. Since you came into power, it feels like there’s a new controversy every other week — and not just one or two names either. You don’t get to lecture others on standards while ignoring what’s happening in your own ranks. The public aren’t stupid — we can see the double standards plain as day. Maybe start by cleaning up your own house before pointing fingers at everyone else.

As Shadow Justice Secretary, Nick Timothy has no plan for the prison capacity crisis or the unprecedented court backlog the last Conservative government caused. He should concentrate on policy over weird, offensive analysis like this. I know plenty of his Tory colleagues agree.

Together with our allies, we condemn in the strongest terms recent attacks by Iran on unarmed commercial vessels in the Gulf, attacks on civilian infrastructure including oil and gas installations, and the de facto closure of the Strait of Hormuz by Iranian forces.

Anyone in Labour calling another MP a “disgrace” is honestly beyond parody at this point. You’ve got some nerve throwing that word around while your own party is knee-deep in scandal after scandal. Since you came into power, it feels like there’s a new controversy every other week — and not just one or two names either. Where’s this energy when it’s your own side under the spotlight? You don’t get to lecture others on standards while ignoring what’s happening in your own ranks. The public aren’t stupid — we can see the double standards plain as day. Maybe start by cleaning up your own house before pointing fingers at everyone else.

Kemi Badenoch now tolerates Tommy Robinson style views in her shadow cabinet. Her Shadow Justice Secretary called Muslim prayer an “act of domination”. We all know she’s too pathetic to sack him.

It is time to open a path towards de-escalation in order to restore stability in the Middle East. France calls for the immediate implementation of a moratorium on strikes targeting civilian infrastructure, whether related to water or to energy. Freedom and security of navigation must be restored. As the region enters a period of religious celebrations and renewal, tempers must cool and hostilities must cease, in order to give a real chance to the prospect of a negotiated and sustainable solution.

I condemn in the strongest terms the overnight Iranian strike on a Qatari gas facility. We are working towards a swift resolution to the situation in the Middle East, in the best interests of the British people – because there is no question that ending the war is the quickest way to reduce the cost of living.

I don’t believe the monarchy should be abolished. It’s part of our history and identity. But I do think the King needs to be clear about the role he holds. At his coronation, he took an oath to be Defender of the Faith. That isn’t just symbolic words for the day… it’s a commitment that people expect to see reflected in how he carries himself. For many, that role has always been closely tied to the Christian foundation of this country and its traditions. That doesn’t mean excluding or disrespecting anyone else. We live in a diverse society and that should be recognised. But it does mean being consistent with the responsibilities that come with the crown. Queen Elizabeth II was always very open about her personal faith and the importance it held in her life. It gave people a clear sense of where she stood. Right now, I think people are simply asking for that same clarity and consistency again instead of watching him constantly pander to another religion. The very same religion that is pushing the Green Party to remove Christianity as our state religion. @RoyalFamily

@A_J_Snowden @Clare_Edith It’s refreshing to hear someone speak plainly for a change. Too many MPs seem more concerned with toeing the party line than being honest about what’s really going on. The public deserve straight talking, not carefully managed silence.
