Tesla should make a 3-row SUV on the Cybertruck platform, give it 500 miles of range, and then use it as an intercity @robotaxi in the future.

People do not realize how easy it is for a person (not even AI) to find your exact address with not a lot of information. Each simple piece of information you share becomes a piece of a bigger puzzle, and you don't need every piece to know what the puzzle looks like. My only advice is to be careful, especially when you're emotional. You'd be surprised how much people inadvertently share when they are angry or upset.

First real drive in the Highland Model 3 in over a month and I can’t believe I chose to daily a new Model Y over this car. So good all around (except poor DC fast charging)

What age is HARDEST as a parent? Well... it depends. For moms, it's as your kids start going to school. For dads, it's when they start preparing to leave your home. The hardest part of parenting is letting them go.

@flabbytofit99 Sometimes I cry to myself after being strict with my kids, but I do it with the understanding that they need to learn consequences to grow in to mature teens/adults.

We went to dinner at another family's house last week. Their kids talked back to their mom. Ignored direct instructions. Interrupted adult conversations constantly. Demanded screens when they got bored. And the parents just... let it happen. "Oh, he's just tired." "She's going through a phase." "We're working on it." No you're not. You're avoiding it. Because actually addressing it would mean being the bad guy. And you're more worried about being liked than being respected. My kids aren't perfect. But they know: • You don't interrupt adults • You respond the first time you're asked • You don't demand things • Screens aren't a right Not because I'm some drill sergeant. Because I decided a long time ago that my job isn't to be their friend. It's to raise them into adults other people actually want to be around. HERE'S WHAT I DO DIFFERENTLY: I limit technology and screens. Not because I think iPads are evil. Because unlimited access teaches kids: • Boredom is an emergency • Instant gratification is normal • They're entitled to entertainment on demand So we don't do it. No phones at dinner. No tablets to keep them quiet in public. No handing them a screen the second they complain they're bored. And yeah, other parents notice. They notice my kids can sit through a meal without melting down. They notice my kids play outside instead of staring at a screen. They notice my kids can entertain themselves. Some of them respect it. Others think I'm too strict. Too old-school. Too controlling. I don't care. Because here's what I know: The parents who let their kids run wild today are the same ones who'll be shocked when those kids can't function as teenagers. Can't handle boredom. Can't respect authority. Can't delay gratification. And by then? It's way harder to fix. I'M NOT RAISING KIDS WHO ARE EASY RIGHT NOW. I'm raising kids who'll be capable adults later. That means: • Boundaries that feel strict to other parents • Expectations that seem too high • Consequences that actually follow through It's uncomfortable. Especially when you're the only parent in the room doing it. But you know what's more uncomfortable? Raising a 16-year-old who never learned respect because you were too afraid to enforce it at 6. You don't have to parent like everyone else. You just have to be willing to look different. And trust that what feels hard now is exactly what your kids need.

@DevinOlsenn Same! When it works well, it's basically perfect. When it doesn't, it's extremely annoying.

Tesla FSD does basically all of my driving with a push of a button - but to be transparent I would say on almost every one of my drives I still have to do these two things: - change the speed profiles regularly to deal with speed control issues - use the turn signals; this is to stop the car from making stupid lane changes or to get the car into the proper lane so it doesn’t miss an exit. I still think FSD is amazing but I really cannot wait until these issues and the few other lingering problems with FSD get solved.

@DirtyTesLa Like many others have said, I'd love to see comparisons between their autonomous capabilities most. Seeing day-to-day differences would be secondary, but also neat.

@DamonZumbroegel One thing no parent should ever wish for is the passage of time.

Little advice on raising children: You never know when the “last time” is, so make each time count….as if it were the last. The last time you give them a bath, the last time you wake up in the middle of the night, the last time you help them eat pancakes, the last time you read them a goodnight story, the last time……. Then they grow up, and the last times…….are gone. Make it count…..every single time.
