This morning, the Senate voted 100–0 (unanimous!) to fund TSA, the Coast Guard, FEMA, and the remaining unfunded operations at DHS. But tonight Speaker Johnson is refusing to allow a vote on this commonsense, bipartisan bill in the House. Outrageous. Time to stop the political theater and get this done.

Congress can reopen TSA, FEMA, CISA, and the Coast Guard right now. But House Republicans are refusing because they want more money for ICE. They will always choose chaos, terror, and Donald Trump over the American people.

Republicans tried to force us to fund ICE without reforms by holding TSA and FEMA funding hostage. We said no. Last night they caved and voted with us to fully fund our airports and emergency relief. ICE gets nothing new until there are real reforms on paper. We’ll keep fighting to make sure Stephen Miller’s lawless goon squad faces accountability and Americans are safe.

While you were sleeping, the Senate unanimously passed what Democrats pushed for over a month: fund TSA and other essential agencies but withhold funding for ICE until there’s substantial reform. Republicans made America suffer for nothing.

That wasn’t my point. My point is the democrats only moved to pay TSA when Trump said he would pay them through an executive order. For weeks, republicans had given a bill that would paid all agencies except ICE & HBP. Democrats are just full of shit and hate for Americans. They care about Illegal immigrates. And want to do for them so they can guarantee their vote. That’s why they hate ICE & HBP.

After weeks of negotiations, Republicans caved to our demands to fund DHS without a blank check for ICE and CBP. My full statement below:
