@tibo_maker Internships are the way to go! Or short term work. I’m with you. Some of my best staff have been interns first. Look for the ones who are hungry and who have soft skills. Experience will come but having the right person and identifying them early… unbeatable.

Want a simple website CRO update that takes no time and can be done with ChatGPT? Add a section that calls out your customer’s transformation when they work with you. Tell them exactly where they are now (current state) and where they will be after working with you (future state). Don’t make it lame. Don’t make it wordy. Write it like you’re explaining to your grandma. Seriously. If you can, include a visual representation of this transformation. It can be an illustration or an emoji for all I care. But remember, most people are visual learners. Your graphic is more likely to be remembered than the text you wrote. Sometimes the most obvious stuff is the hardest to adopt. Okay! Nano Website - update. So I divided the website into 2 phases. 1 phase: 👉 Startups List, 👉 Community, 👉 Launch your startup Today I focused on "Launch your startup." Igor proposed adding a form directly after entering the subpage. But I talked a bit with a few people, and I also did some desk research on Twitter, and still, on that point, we need a landing page with an explanation of what nano is and how startups can benefit from joining the crew. So I created IA for Landing Page: 🦍 Header (CTA + showcase of community) 🦍 What is NANO 🦍 What will happen after I join 🦍 Some of the investors (?) 🦍 Igor's (@that_igor_ ) Playbook showcase 🦍 Numbers 🦍Momentum stream (right @dmschetnikovich ?) and created a small lofi that I will share tomorrow 2nd phase: 👉 for investors 👉 Resources for startups 👉Blog
