@XfinitySupport Both of my lines are not able to make or receive calls. I’ve been on the phone for 1:46 mins now with a rep who continues to say “I’m just following the steps.” Nothing resolved, refuses to escalate. And, we’re waiting on a call from a doctor re: a health issue.
