@CanalplanAC @NABO_Official @CRTWestMidlands Probably cause backlogs and over-mooring close to the southern portal too. I wouldn't want to moor overnight at the northern one. Can you imagine the chaos when hire boats miss their slots?

Hi John, thank you for getting in touch. You should be able to see when the Free Lucky Dip was generated on the ticket itself. The option to print a ticket was not a function provided by The National Lottery, that was a function from your browser. Moving forward, to print your tickets, try pressing ctrl+ P on the page to print out the ticket. Apologies for any inconvenience. ^Luna
